I was amazed to see the different ways they went about the house spreading their clean & green substances (yes, safe for pets and us!!) They gave me a summary of pests I didn't even know I had! And spent their time showing me potential problems and solutions. I really appreciated their communication skills. Recently, after rescheduling many times, I forgot about an appointment. This is a big issue for us because we have LARGE mastiff dogs. We always have to get someone to pick them up or take them to get groomed according to when pest control is coming. (totally understandable) yet a text or call stating this would have been nice. then when the tech gets to my home and I say the appointment was for 2:30pm and he replies with no it was for 3:00pm and it's 4:30pm when they showed up. feeling some type of way about being lied to. not feeling the great customer service that I read about. not valued at all. and now because I am not happy with the service, they want me to pay for how they have made me feel like my business wasn't valued to them.
