Our attendant was friendly and kept everything running smoothly. The glam filter was a huge hit (everyone looked amazing!) and the digital files were high quality. We got so much positive feedback from our guests about how much fun they had with the booth. The open layout made it possible for big groups to jump in together, which added to the fun. One of our favorite features was the 4-shot GIF option--so many of our guests were posting those instantly. The year was incorrect on ALL THE PICTURES We had a photo album that we wanted our guest to leave one of the duplicate pictures and note and had asked the associate to let people know as they came up but he never did. The person who worked our wedding was nowhere to be found most of the night. I was later told that he was talking to one of our guests a lot of the time instead of doing his job. When we called to complain about the horrible experience the associate that I will not name made us feel that we were in the wrong and felt bothered by our experience. We booked this company solely on the reviews but I should have done more research as I was told by two other guest at my wedding that they had a bad experience with this company also.
