The teachers are friendly, knowledgable and great with the kids. The boys are learning a lot and gaining strength, coordination and flexibility. Seating could be better - it gets a little crowded. After her first class in beginner level, she was moved up. Guess she wasn't actually evaluated in summer camp like they said.... As she continued to move up I noticed bad attitudes from the coaches like they couldn't be bothered. After a few months we withdrew and went elsewhere.

Second call collected ALL my personal information, then said I needed the voucher number to make an appt. Because Groupon was down, a 3rd call was necessary. THEN it turns out they are booked 3 weeks in advance. She suggested I trade in my voucher(which is not a refund) . What a ROTTEN way to conduct a "business". Zero customer service. After this interaction, I wonder just what kind of services they deliver? If it's the same, find another business to take your money to.
