The clinic is super clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! They have comfy chairs, blankets and TVs so you can definitely relax and get your treatment in peace. They have a couple of the recliner chairs lined up, they aren't crowded but if you're immunosuppressed or feeling ill I would wear a mask, as you have the potential to be close to other clients. Getting the IV was not too bad, it would be really above and beyond if they had EMLA cream or another topical to apply to decrease the pinch, then I would feel like this was more of a medi spa scenario. They allowed my husband to come back with me as they weren't too busy, so that made it even less intimidating! I was really dehydrated from my cold so I did get light headed during my treatment, but they quickly assessed the situation (made sure I was not having any allergies) and checked my blood pressure. I was able to continue my treatment and they kept a really close eye on me, which I appreciated! They have a ton of different therapies (see Menu in the picture) that aren't listed online, including b12 injections. As far as how helpful my vitamin C treatment was, I got an infusion and my husband didn't. I definitely bounced back about 3 days sooner than he did from the illness. The next time I feel a cold coming on I would definitely head here right away!

But for some reason my cough and illness wasn't getting better after 2 long weeks. Everyday o would wake up feeling like poo. While charging my EV, I saw the Drip Bar in the shopping center near the home goods store. I pulled up their menu and the flu fighter and virus fighter looked to be a good option to help me better rid of this nasty cough and congestion. The staff suggested the best combination IV and advised the infrared light would be good to add. While I comfortably sat in front of the warm red lights. I received my IV bag full of goodies. I was pretty dehydrated as that bag seemed to be gone in less than 20 mins. Within a few hours of the drip my eyes weren't as tired and I felt a tad more clear headed. Upon waking the next day, the sore throat and heavy lung feeling I had for the past 2 weeks. Seemed to of dissipated. I'm still coughing a bit but it's not as violent as it was the past 2 weeks. My skin looked glowy from the hydration from the iv and my body felt better. This was a step I took before heading to the doctor for anti biotics and glad I did. Only complaint, I should have booked this sooner. They offer a monthly membership program with easy cancellation and you can choose from a variety of drips depending on your tiered membership plan and what you need. I don't remember a single time the receptionist allowed me to see the provider without the copayment and they claim I didn't in one occupation. I'm frustrated with this facility. I hope I won't get another surprise bill 2 years later from here.

The first 3 times I was told sure, someone would give me a call back. No one did. On the 4th call I was told it was illegal for them to give out results over the phone. I called back again a 5th time and they then said it wasn't illegal just an office policy. And I'd have to wait a week with no idea what was going on until I could come in for an appointment (literally just for them to interpret a piece of paper for me). Save yourself the hassle. Find a better doctor for your care.
