I have had nothing but constant communication issues with this clinic.
When I first scheduled my appointment, they sent me to the wrong location. When I had a question about my labwork it took several phone calls, emails, and a negative review to get it resolved. At one appointment my clinician told me she would do a procedure at my next medication check-in and then the front office told me they couldn't do that.
Most recently my pharmacy spent over a week reaching out to Wiregrass daily for a medication refill authorization and the clinic would not respond. When I spoke to someone from Wiregrass they first told me they hadn't received anything. I told them the pharmacy was using the contact information provided by the clinic. Then they told me I didn't have a recent enough exam. I had been seeing my provider very few months to discuss a different medication I'm on, so that made me feel like they had my medications mixed up. Then, they told me that to get ongoing prescriptions for anything at all I would need to do an in-person visit every 3-6 months. Not only had they never told me that before, but this is not a requirement I've experienced at any other clinic!
An additional note that might matter to some - you will probably be most comfortable coming here if you are a fairly devout Christian. They have worship music blasting in the waiting rooms at both locations and my provider continually referred to my ecological volunteer trip as a mission trip. read more
