Recently I reached out regarding a pest issue . The owner Brian contacted me, I asked questions regarding the service he was going to provide etc. He said he was overbooked and very busy however provided a price. I mentioned That my husband would like to be here etc when they come and he responded that they could not provide that however wanted payment upfront . We were happy to provide a check in person . The conversation went very strange for a business owner and he said he no longer wanted the job. I was quite taken back , it was so odd and abrupt The whole experience was so odd and unprofessional that I cannot recommend this company. I called ApolloX on a weekend looking for remediation of a termite problem I found, along with some other national brand companies. Being that I like to shop small and support local businesses I decided to use ApolloX for my termite issue, Brian was very responsive at first and sent someone to my house right the next business day. Once his associates got there, they informed me that they did not really know what they were doing, as one was new with the company and the project manager actually has never dealt with termites before - he deals with rodents. They proceeded to take video and pictures of the damage to send to Brian to consult on the issue and be advised with what to do, I was a little perplexed why he would send out individuals who were not experienced, but chalked it up to good customer service. The next day my husband found more termite damage and informed me that the project manager and apprentice did not go beyond the area that I had originally pointed out. I also received no phone call from Brian, the termite expert, on what happened the day before or what the course of action would be moving forward. When I called ApolloX back to discuss my disappointment regarding the lack of inspection and communication regarding what was going on I received a bill that stated in order to have another consult for further investigation we would need to pay it first. Once getting Brian on the phone, my husband and I were told that he is extremely busy and that we needed to prove to be profitable before he gave further attention to our matter. All of this to say I would not recommend ApolloX whatsoever, we found another local company who is attentive to our situation, completed an accurate and thorough inspection and we will be going with them instead. Stay afar away from this company, otherwise you will hear "we'll be there today or tomorrow" for several days in a row, and they never come, but they will give you lots of excuses why they can't come. I only give three stars because Brian's staff are very passionate about their job. Brian on the other hand has let us down many times as our exterminator for over 15 years. He chalked up to not showing up as billing issues or that he was insulted by things we've said. I absolutely told him if billing issues or things we've said have ever been an issue why were they never communicated? Aside from that nonsense , the pests were never under control. Whether water bugs or rodents , we constantly were exterminating pesky pests ourselves! Brian is a very nice guy who turned sour. I hope he really can save his business ( but before terminating him) his employees found their frustration in him to be very distracting. Wish him the best but this man is full on drama and doesn't even do the job properly. I hired a local business to exterminate my property and he's been wonderful, no drama , pay upon arrival and gets the job done. No clue what's going on at Apollo but it's not a soap opera. read more

Please call another exterminator. Supposedly I owe this guy 374 dollars. I received a letter from some lawyer or fake legal papers they wrote saying I have to go to small claims court. He's a desperate joke. Scam artist! read more

I am updating the review below because ApolloX reached out to me and was very proactive in trying to improve my experience as well as looking to learn how they can be of better service to others. I was very happy that they gave me a refund and I will consider using them again in the future. I used Apollox to get rid of ground bees and wanted to use a local merchant to give the town the business. However, they were horrible. They came out the first time just to turn around and say the weather wasn't good to spray, so then had to come out again. On the second time they sprayed, they said that it could take up to 3 weeks to work...after a few weeks I saw absolutely no difference and called them to come back again and they told me I would be charged again! (oh, but at a 40% discount). I thought that was crazy so I called another company who came out and got rid of the bees within 1 visit and the bees were gone within a few days. I then tried to reach out to Apollox to tell them I don't think I should be billed since they really didn't do anything, and they reported me to a collection agency. I called again to try to work it out and they told me that they don't guarantee their work and that since they did spray, I owe them the money. All other companies guarantee their work up to at least 60 days, this was a total scam and I highly recommend that you dont use them. read more
