Chris was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He inspected the area of concern, as well as other areas that are known to be of concern; giving us good advice to remove any wood from the basement (that is just sitting), and replacing effected/damaged wood on the exterior corner of the house, before closing said exterior. Noting that this could be done prior to termite/ant suppression/abatement treatment.

I called Eliminate 'Em when I discovered a large wasp's nest in a 2nd story window soffit. I could…read morehear the wasps from my bedroom. It was a Saturday afternoon and I picked Eliminate 'Em based on their being a 24/7 service provider. I spoke with Ray on Saturday afternoon and he said he would be there the next morning at 10 a.m. 10 a.m. came and went, so I gave him a call. He said that he meant that he would be there Monday morning, not Sunday. I had already canceled another company that would have been able to come out on Monday morning because I wanted the problem taken of ASAP. I agreed to wait until Monday morning. Ray arrived on time. He sprayed the roof near the nest from the ground and told me that the wasps would die over the next few days. We got some rain over the next few days and Ray called me back to see if the wasps were gone. I told him that they were not. He said that the rain had likely washed the pesticide away and agreed to come back and treat again. We scheduled another appointment for the next week. Ray came back and put a bee suit on this time. He climbed up a ladder and got closer to the nest and this time sprayed 3 different pesticides on the roof near the nest. Another week went by and the wasp activity increased during that time. I called again. He agreed to come back out and we scheduled another appointment. The morning of the next appointment he texted me and said he would have to reschedule due to a family emergency. He rescheduled me again for this past Monday. I told him that I may not be home, but it was fine for him to come. I saw him pull up to the house on Monday morning. When he didn't ring the doorbell after a few minutes, I went outside. He told me that he had sprayed from the ground again, but that he needed help from someone else to get up on the roof to take care of the problem. He promised to call me by the end of the day with a new appointment to finally take care of the nest. I didn't hear from Ray by the end of the day, so I reached back out to him. He said that he had talked to his boss and that he would be out today with a bee pole that would allow him to spray the pesticide directly into the hole where the wasp nest is. Approximately 1 hour before the appointment, he texted me again to tell me that his supervisor would not let him come back yet because he had sprayed some pesticide on the roof on Monday and would not be allowed to come back for at least a few weeks. I ended up speaking to Ray's boss, Colin and explained everything that happened. He said he wanted to speak to his boss about what they could do. He called me back a short time later. They agreed to refund half of what I paid even though their service is supposed to be 100% guaranteed. Be careful using this company. I would never recommend them. **Follow up- I called another company. They came out and were able to spray/dust the nest and get rid of them in less than 24 hours.
