I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!! My friend recommended this place after I told her I ended up in the ER after taking anxiety medication that was supposed to "help". The thing about doctors and pills they prescribe is that it is all made in a lab with chemicals and often times they come with even more side effects than what they actually solve. As a holistic person who has never been on any prescribed medication, taking what was supposed to help ended up doing quite the number on me. Thank god my friend told me to come here. I was here on Friday and back to work on Monday in better spirits thanks to an anxiety tincture they make! LIFE CHANGING! I'm sure I won't have to take this forever, but while I do have anxiety this has changed my life. I'm back to eating and back to enjoying my day. I came back today trying to find a solution for my sleep. Fingers crossed what I purchased knocks me out tonight. Lastly, customer service here is EXPECTACULAR! I love this store and every time I go in, I get fabulous personal service. Alex is particularly helpful and seems to know every single product, but no matter who is there, service is wonderful and they always take care of their frequent fliers!! I often shop alone, but when I bring friends along they always take extra special care of them too. Products are all top quality and do exactly what I need them to do. Parking can be a little tight at lunchtime but there is one dedicated spot directly in front of the shop that is generally available. Other then lunchtime parking in the lot is ok. I highly recommend Apothecary ATL for all your CBD, Delta8, & THC-O needs. read more

Extremely, helpful, friendly, and more than accommodating. The staff knows their products. They have a wide selection also. I went their for a product that would give me relief from joint pain. Janna made her recommendations and sent me home with a sample of a balm to use in addition to the tincture I bought. I can say enough good things about them. Not to mention those beautiful pups, Winston and Lucy, absolute sweet babies. This will be my go-to for all things CBD. read more

The quality of the products and the knowledge of the staff is first class. I suffer from arthritis due to old sports and military injuries and use several of the topicals and creams they sell at the apothecary. They have the finest products at the best value and the staff (Lexi and Geoff) are incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommended. read more

I have been going to this location of the Vitamin Shoppe for several years and to date have never…read morehad any problem with an employee or a manager until now. When I was scanning in an app called Shopkick, which is designed to bring business into the store as well as reward customers who are buying certain supplements in the store, the female manager in a disagreeable manner told me that no scanning was allowed in the store per corporate policy. I knew this was not true as I had been in touch with Shopkick previously and they said that both the stores and the supplement companies participate. At this time the supplement pure encapsulations was on Shopkick so I was scanning that item. The manager, then removed all of the product from the shelves with a small sign saying to come to the front to get the product but left the barcodes. When I continued to scan the barcodes, she marked them out with magic marker so that they could not be scanned. The next time I came in the store there was no evidence that they were ever there and when I inquired if the store carried pure encapsulations, I was told that they had sold out by the employees that worked for the manager, but I told them that that was impossible because I saw how much stock they had before the manager removed them from the shelves. I have notified corporate Vitamin Shoppe, Pure Encapsulations, and shopkick of this strange behavior by the manager who has no problem telling her employees to lie to customers. I am an integrative holistic MD who used to refer people to this vitamin Shoppe for supplements. This vindictive behavior by the manager is something I honestly have never seen by any other employee or manager of any retail outlet that participates with Shopkick. Since many different brands participate with Shopkick at the Vitamin Shoppe, I am curious to see if she will remove all of the other brands when they have scans available in the app.

I normally use the tincture type, yet she sold me on the syrup to hold me over. I like the option to purchase between retail brands & TVS's own line of products. I noticed the increase in Vegan products, as I purchased the No Cow - Coconut & Almond protein bar - 1st time trying this brand & was pretty fulfilling. Good variety & price point, amongst a very clean & organized store.

The person that answered the phone explained that they only credit recycling per visit per bottle. I would receive one credit for one bottle or 20 bottles. She said if I wanted to come back and stagger out how many bottles I was returning at a time, for example, bring in the four bottles at four different times then I would receive the four individual credits. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It's disappointing that to participate in a recycling program, I would have to waste gas (further harming the environment) to receive proper credit. Thank you for bringing this Amazing place to Sandy Springs. The vanilla protein powder with CBD oils is so delicious before my workouts. It gives me the protein I need, and the CBD to reduce the inflammation that I have after many years of sports, childbirth, chronic aches and pains. After finding out that the owner, Geoff, IS PAYING GOOGLE AND YELP to remove any review that is not 5 stars, I can no longer support this business. The girls who helped me in the past were nice, but Geoff is rude, aggressive, and unknowledgeable about HIS OWN products. I cannot support a business that is run by such an awful and ignorant tyrant.
