I asked him was there a problem and he said well this tiny sell just destroyed my numbers and percentage for the day! I was floored that someone would say that out loud and treat a customer in such a way. I told him well it's better than selling nothing I suppose, and he shrugged his shoulders. I'm sure one reason they've been around that long is because of the great food a great service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I've stopped in several times when passing thru Marble Falls and have never been disappointed. They have everything you can think of-- alternative organic vegan health related; even crystals, books--you name it. Also, they have a kitchen that serves up fresh health food daily--what must be the best tasting health food I think I've ever had. This place feels like home. Almost makes me wish I lived in Mineral Wells. Everything is Gluten Free and Dairy Free--even the sweeties. So, if you have any food, allergies or sensitivities, this is the place. They also offer all kinds of health and healing modalities and therapies in the back. I'm usually just passing thru whenever I stop by, so haven't checked out their other services yet, but they do have an online sight where you can find more info. The frozen entree dishes are my fav. Prices are reasonable for this type of fare--except certain supplements I found in the apothecary, I thought are a bit overpriced, IMO. But on the upside--if there's something you need they probably have it. Regular parking is usually no problem with plenty of spaces out front just off Highway 281. If, however, you're like me, pulling a travel trailer or driving a big rig, then the best option is to park on Northwood Drive where there's plenty of free street curb parking available and then take a short walk to the store. These Cost Plus stores have bars / snacks that I have never seen at your usual supplement stores which is nice. They also have different products between the stores which can be kind of fun! This location of Cost Plus Nutrition has very friendly staff that is happy to help you find the product for your needs. The store manager is also very knowledgeable and fun to talk to to learn about new/ up&coming products. They have a great selection of products and carry a good range of local specialty products to your usual bars like the Quest/ One Brands. My favorite thing about this store though is your ability to find a new/ tasty protein snack here- they're always finding things that are new to the market and that taste great before they're mainstream. Only issues with this store and other locations of it is that the company is smaller so they don't have a ton of inventory and are often sold out of the product you go in looking for and they have to order it. Also, they are sometimes a bit higher in price than other stores because they're small but they're always happy to understand where they can do better (I've never left dissatisfied). Overall, this is a good store with fun products and nice staff- visit them!
