Mike seemed to be very upset when asked about them. He was a very unpleasant person to deal with and seemed to blame any issue on someone else. We have often…read moregone to many of their sales, but today there was a total disregard for social distancing or mask wearing inside a small house. The coordinators gave a speech before opening about each person having their own responsibility to wear their mask and that they were not "the mask police" and would not tell them that folks had to wear one.They also preached to just be kind to one another. Nice! However the house was so tight and everyone was let in at once with no spacing at all and because I care about my health and life,..I left. When I told the coordinators that I thought that they were being irresponsible and unsafe by not requiring masks and by not spacing out the house, they YELLED at me to just leave. Nice.

When I took her to court, She didn't know where the keys to my home, truck, 3 storage buildings, my tractor and riding mower were. When the judge asked her if she had the money to pay me, She replied NO, so where did the money and keys go? the judgement was ruled in my favor but I only got a small faction of monies she collected.

It's an Estate sale so you are at the mercy of what they have as to what you can purchase. We all…read moreknow that certainly. Their items are consistently clean and tagged which is different than some. My complaint, and the reason that they only get 2 stars instead of 3 is their driveway and parking area. We've been going there for several years with friends family. The unpaved driveway is terrible - often so slick that we have trouble getting up the hill. It apparently gets very little maintenance from the property owner. But, we manage to get up it and down. TODAY though, we got stuck in the mud in the grassy area just off the driveway which is the only place to park if the 3 slots on concrete are taken. We called AAA. Oh well, we thought, just one of those things. BUT...when the AAA arrived, we discovered that this happens A LOT. The towing person said he'd mentioned to the property owner/representative many times that something should be done. $125 later (AAA doesn't cover it because Treva's is too far off a state maintained road) we were free. My feeling of fun going to Treva's is certainly dulled. Not sure we'll ever go back, and that goes for the friends and family members that we tote there as well. Customer service stops at the door at this place.
