We had a Sears Elite Fridge made by LG, that stopped cooling. We called Aylon and he was happy to look at our LG manufactured fridge, whereas most companies would not work on an LG. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem; saying it needed a circuit board to start with, before he could tell anything else. He ordered the part and brought the day after it arrived and installed it in mere minutes. He told us to try the fridge for 24 hours and see how it did. Unfortunately, it did not do much better. Aylon said it needed a compressor in that case, but it was well beyond its life span. But Aylon offered our money back on the board, even though we understood that it had to be replaced to go to the next step. That is unheard of! We gave the money back to him... He is the most honest, professional service man we have had. We have referred him to several people. One of our friends was being charged $300 for the service call alone! Aylon only charged $85 and we live far out where most people don't want to come! We definitely have him on speed dial! read more

I bought a condo full of high end appliances that are great, but they are very old and have never been well maintained.
