They replaced those beams with 8"x8" beams which leveled out our deck before anything catastrophic happened. Perfect job. Then we had them finish 3 unfinished rooms in our cellar. They sheet rocked the walls and ceiling and painted and put up mouldings and installed flooring. This looks beautiful and has really added value to our home. With his estimate being so low, one would be wary of the quality of workmanship. Since the business that recomended him is top notch, I had few reservations. Admittedly, much of the work that was estimated by others was unnecessary. Within 3 weeks of my first contact, my repair was COMPLETE! Phillip and his crew were professional, prompt, dedicated, hard working, efficient, and completed the work in a day and a half! They did a great job with cleanup too. We sent a photo of the current water heater, and Brian came at 5pm, he checked the current one for power and water issues. Turned out the GFCI outlet was broken not the water heater. He replaced it and got the how water working. He was very honest. He had bought the new water heater and could have replaced it but he found the issue and fixed it saving us money. I get a text from the install company saying they did not do outside work. I contacted my sales representative who recommended Victor of A.B remodeling. I contacted him and he came promptly and took the measurements. He told me he could do the install the next day. The temperature was 33 degrees with a 20 mile per hour wind (wind chill 20 degrees). That said I sold flooring for years and the fact is carpet quality is based on the amount of ounces in a carpet. Such as 30-40 oz. is low quality whereas 50 oz. and above is the best which they do not carry and they use an odd ball rating system that I never heard of nor believe. Again I say Beware. Shop around.
