The day before they were going to come out, I confirmed by email that they were going to be there. Amilia responded saying Jody would be there at 10 am as planned. Since this is our vacation rental and we did not live local we had to drive 2 hours to get there. 10 o’clock came and left. No Jody, no phone call, and no text. I tried several times to call them, leaving messages and I was never contacted. I am sure this was a blessing in disguise (especially after reading the other reviews) because a company that is not conscious of how they treat their potential customers, is a company who usually does not care about satisfying them with good work either.
