George is very "old school", which has its pros and cons. He only accepts traditional forms pf payments but also has the old school mantra of prioritizing customer satisfaction over profit. He was clear about giving us options that we could DIY instead of paying his hourly rate of $75/hr. In the end, we paid his $40 service fee and now have piece of mind to DIY.

He told me that since I had the piece that had broken off, he could repair is and you wouldn't even know it had been broken. It would look like new! When I picked up the drawer, I was very disappointed to see the obvious crack where it had been glued together as well as a finger wide dull swipe that ran the length of the crack. Clearly where he wiped off the excess epoxy. I expressed my disappointment after being charged $40.00 for a little bit of epoxy. I could have done a better job myself. No one ever called me back to address my concern. I am now looking for somewhere else to take the drawer to have the front replaced because the "repair" looks terrible. I wish I could post the picture, but see no option for that.
