I've been coming to this place for years. They are really good, give you a time frame for the repair and are not charging crazy amounts. They will have a repair answer within minutes. I have been here several times in the past for iPhone related issues. I had my phone unlocked after T mobile was giving me problems and for that putting my phone number on lock. For $100 they fixed that for me. This time I am here for my tablet. I travel on Friday and noticed it didn't turn on anymore. The charging sleeve is being replaced, I will have it back in 3 hours and the cost is $45. It was done in 2 hours! Friendly, fast and correct service. Repaired my Mac book screen . The Peking to get there is tricky as it's in Downtown Miami but the service is worth it in my opinion.

Had them change the charging port and now my phone makes a ticking sound when I don't have it on the speaker mode. Very annoying and disappointing read more

Went there to get my boyfriend's laptop fixed. They kept it for a few days, called and told us a price and how long it would take, I told them I needed a day to make the decision as I was short on time. I called the next days and no one answered. Went in and the guy sitting in the store would not talk to me. Didn't know which computer was mine. I had to point out which one it was. Then when I would ask questions he would refuse to answer. I was scared they took parts and gave it back to me, since I was being ignored and they just handed me the computer and wouldn't even talk to me. Definitely would not recommend this place. Fast service, reasonable prices, right next to metromover - perfect! $45 to replace my iPhone 6's battery, and it took 5 minutes. No complaints, especially when other places are charging over $75. They fixed my crashed screen and did a great job, it was very bad and had all kind of colored lined there and they turned it back in perfect shape, I needed it to look perfect because I was going to upgrade my phone for a new one in T-Mobile and T-Mobile requires you to fix it directly at apple, but I didn't wanted to pay a lot of money because I was going to change my phone. So when I went to T-Mobile they gave me a new phone right away, the work was flawless and I am a person who is super picky and very hard to please. I am truly thankful and the price was right. Stopped by the store because I had cracked the screen on my iPhone. The gentleman told me that he could replace it and it wouldn't take more than 30 mins. Was in and out within the 30 mins with a new screen and paid way less than I would've paid at The Apple Store. Definitely would recommend this store. read more

Do not get your phone fixed here! I got my screen fixed after a cracked glass and a week later the LCD screen started having faded streaked lines. After bringing it, they told me it was because I dropped my phone. Never in my 8 years of having an iPhone has this happened and I have dropped it NUMEROUS times. Bad parts and repair ! read more

Had iPhone screen fixed here. Screen stopped working within a week. They fixed it under "warranty." Screen stopped working again within a week. They fixed it for free and told me they would not honor the "warranty" if the screen stopped working again. Predictably, the screen stopped working within a few days. They must pay for all of these positive reviews. This store really is as sketchy as it looks. Also the landlord came in yelling about rent being late while I was there.... awkward read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They put on WEAK glass and sold me a garbage CASE (evidently). Screen was cracked again within three weeks of them repairing it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The owner told me they would repair it within 60 days if something happened - I just went in and the jerk sitting at the desk told me warranty would NOT BE HONORED. ADDITIONALLY, they sold me on a thin glass cover that goes ON TOP of the repaired glass they put in. That CRACKED within 1 week. I went back in and they replaced that for free and then that CRACKED AGAIN within 2 days. Now the SCREEN has cracked and the guy - who I didn't work with the first time BUT saw him working, has given me CRAP. FURTHERMORE, I got in before closing time and he told me to COME BACK BECAUSE THEY CLOSED IN 4 minutes. BS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE read more

After thinking the best of them they disappointed me. I gave them business a few times. They didnt do as promise and i still gave it shot. I called a month after my services and told them I noticed my passwords have been changed. They guy got rude and loud with me and told me "well youre calling me until now". I had no use to make administrative changes until now. Thats when I noticed. He was rude and hung up the phone on me. I was happy to know I found a good place but sure enough they failed. They treated me as I was in the wrong, whats worst is that I was simply calling to ask them what to do. read more
