He and his staff were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable and he was able to put the prosthetic abutment on an implant that was initially started by another Oral Surgeon who was unable to remove the healing cap after an hour of working on me. During covid, my back tooth cracked, a crown broke, it was just all not good. Going to see Dr. Salesky and his team was the smartest thing I've done. Judgement free and an amazing staff. The first thing he asked me is "what don't I like about my smile". At first I was a bit surprised since the back of my mouth needed help but I told him one of my teeth looks discolored. Well not only did Dr. Selensky and his team jump into action repairing the back teeth but before I left, he had adjusted the shade of my front area tooth and it was like a gift. Gentle, kind, patient and so very thoughful. That is for everyone in the office. They all go above and beyond. Simply amazing. I left the office assured that each step of my treatment would be coordinated with other doctors involved in it. The issues raised as soon I've scheduled with my periodontist to have the tooth extracted: I was told that the temporary device would take at least 3 weeks to deliver (at the initial visit, I was told that the device will be made on time to temporary replace the extracted tooth). At the initial visit, when I asked the doctor about the costs associated with my case, I was referred to the front desk. Later, I was surprised/alarmed when the front desk person got irritated when I asked for the information. To remain to be a patient of the doctor, it seems, I had to agree to be kept in the dark about the costs as well as about the time frame of my treatment. I started here specifically for their "We cater to cowards philosophy". I can not comment on Dr Kalluri specifically because I don't know that I've ever seen her. However, the staff that greets you at the front desk is always friendly and efficient. My hygienist who I've seen for way too many years to mention, Pam, is amazing. She takes a personal interest in her patients and spends time with them instead of rushing them out of the chair. I think the practice has grown better and more friendly through the massive expansion. I highly recommend this group.
