He and his staff were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable and he was able to put the prosthetic abutment on an implant that was initially started by another Oral Surgeon who was unable to remove the healing cap after an hour of working on me. After a lot of decision making I pulled the trigger and got the procedure. It was pretty invasive but Dr. Barasz made sure I was comfortable the whole time and would pause if I wasn't. The staff continued to reach out after the procedure to check in and my mouth has made some dramatic changes since. Go get a second opinion with another dentist office before buying into what Aspen Dental says. The dental office itself does not feel very safe or comfortable. You can hear everything going on with other patients around you. Anyone can just peek in and see what's going on. This is a HIPPA law violation as patients are entitled to privacy rights. No patient should ever have to feel humiliated and embarrassed because people can overhear what's "going on with their mouths" (Because majority of the time they lie). Just not a comfortable place to be in. Dentist who did root canal on me was very nice so 2 stars for her because she was so sweet and so gentle and so understanding but other than that, please do not blindly trust what they tell you. My experience at Aspen dental was not good at all. I went there for a fractured tooth that was…read morecausing me severe pain that woke me up at night and made it difficult to eat. I worked with my insurance company to get me in as soon as possible and Aspen obliged. When I arrived at my appointment they went right to work taking soooo many X-rays and a panorax X-ray. I told them numerous times that I was there because I had a broken tooth that was causing severe pain. They assured me that they would address that when I saw the dentist. Eventually I met with the dentist. She was very nice. She examined my mouth for about 2 minutes. Then she told me that she had reviewed my X-rays and there were a lot of teeth that needed fixing. She explained that I needed teeth removed and partial dentures and dental implants. I was devastated. I asked her again about the tooth that was causing me pain. She said that I would have to talk to the treatment plan coordinator to set that up. When I met with the treatment plan coordinator she gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The total cost would be $38,512 ($11285.65 with insurance). I asked her about the tooth that I need to have fixed and she said that I need to contact my insurance company because they couldn't do anything about it . She said I needed to contact an Endodontist for that. So after all that, I left still in pain. I have contacted the BBB and plan on speaking with my union representative. Very disappointed.

9/2/20 My semi-annual checkup was initially scheduled in…read moreJune, but was postponed due to the coronavirus madness. It was rescheduled three months later to today, 9/2/20. Extreme protocols are in place at Dr. Greenberg's office, and thankfully so. When you arrive, they ask that you call from your vehicle before coming to the door. The receptionist comes and escorts you in, takes your temperature and O2 reading, reads a warning form, and has you read and sign a Covid questionnaire. The hygienist is masked, shielded and gowned. Aside from all those understandable precautions, my cleaning and checkup went very well, as always. Before you leave, Dr.Greenberg comes in to give you a final oral check, as he always does. He too had all precautions for his and his patient's safety & well being. I'm always impressed with the dental care I receive from him and all his staff.

Gradually as an adult I have been "growing up" and dealing with my dentist anxiety. The pleasant staff and Dr Greenberg are definitely helpful in my desire to deal with my dental issues. So what do I like most? Dr Greenberg listens and helps me make the best decisions for my dental needs, he doesn't decide for me. He tells me my options and we make a plan. A plan that is flexible based on any dental changes and my financial concerns. Most of the Dentists that I have dealt with in my life have pretty much tried to decide for me. We're doing this, then we're doing that. There's been no discussion about other choices or why... they seemed to just want me to schedule appointments and show up with my money. Dr Greenberg office is well equipped with the latest equipment (so actually, I am not a dentist and don't know what all the latest dental equipment is... but Dr Greenberg seems to have a lot of high tech equipment, can't imagine there is much he doesn't have). Got good advice on dental care and a walkthrough of my X-rays. They validate for parking so don't pay for it! Just park and go upstairs with your license plate in hand.

During covid, my back tooth cracked, a crown broke, it was just all not good. Going to see Dr. Salesky and his team was the smartest thing I've done. Judgement free and an amazing staff. The first thing he asked me is "what don't I like about my smile". At first I was a bit surprised since the back of my mouth needed help but I told him one of my teeth looks discolored. Well not only did Dr. Selensky and his team jump into action repairing the back teeth but before I left, he had adjusted the shade of my front area tooth and it was like a gift. Gentle, kind, patient and so very thoughful. That is for everyone in the office. They all go above and beyond. Simply amazing. My message: Don't be afraid, just call and I know you will feel the same way.
