I called LG 5-6 times to figure out the issue until they finally scheduled a repair with Robinson's TV. Within maybe 2 hours of getting the repair scheduled I get a call from Robinson's TV and have the part being ordered and shipped within 3-5 days. The part arrives and he drives from Pell City to Tuscaloosa the day the part arrives and within 30 min the tv is working perfectly. As annoying as this process was talking with LG and finally setting up a repair, Robinson's TV made everything so much easier. As he was replacing the parts he explained everything to me and now I feel confident enough to replace a wifi receiver or a motherboard for a TV.
