They called to ask us for the charger and then said they couldn't find the part. A three minute google search of the manufacturer's website found the part and took it to them- it wasn't right. The people were polite, but the experience was unbelievably frustrating.

The floors were very dirty, only one sink had a barely working faucet, and there was no soap. I brought the attention to store personnel who made perfunctory statement that they would take care pf the problems. The ladies room was filthy as well. They did have soap, but no running water.
