I agreed at first to pay that after staying on the phone wanting to disconnect they apparently don't understand the word NO! The more I thought about it, I sent 75$ and had stopped the original 157.73 at the bank from drafting. Now they are pestering me for the remainder. Rather than ruin my credit and after sending all their equipment and extra remotes we bought, I will have to pay the balance. This is no way to conduct business. If they had excepted that I wanted to be disconnected with a sorry to see you go, it would have been fine. But in two calls they were trying to sell me something else or give me something else free for 30 days and I would have had to go through the same mess to stop that. Had no issue when o changed to dish from direct tv. So consider this if you choose to get a satellite from them

I also called with a question about disposing of an appliance, and the lady who answered was incredibly kind and helpful. She even recognized me just from my phone number, which made the experience feel very personal. The entire process was simple and convenient. I was able to order and pay online, and I received all confirmations and invoices promptly via email and text.
