Requested 2 separate estimates and no one ever showed up or called! Thank God I can build it my self!

What a top notch company! First class customer service from the very first phone call all the way through completion! I called a handful of different companies to provide us a quote on screening in our patio. A couple of them wouldn't call back, and the others would only tell me the materials that they would use and how they would install it. Any sort of customizing outside of what they normally do increased the cost dramatically. When I called Apple Enclosure and explained what we wanted, she told me that the owner would like to schedule an appointment to come out free of charge and look at the project with me so we can discuss all of our options. When Toby arrived, he was very interested in helping us customize the project to achieve what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of the different options including materials available, different types of screened enclosures and the costs associated with all of them. Once we came up with the idea he told me that he would have a quote to me in the next couple days. The very next morning, he emailed me a detailed quote with everything that we discussed and it was customized to our taste AND cheaper than his competitors! When his crew arrived to start the project, we were surprised at how professional and clean they were. The first day they came in and framed up almost the whole patio and had everything ready to go for the next day when they arrived. The next morning they got right after it and finished it up shortly after lunch. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the cleanliness of the install team. They went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that every piece of metal and dust was picked up and swept before they left. Thank you for fixing the leak in our sunroom roof ... it's been about 3 months now and no more leak. The workers knew that the leak was in a different location (up in a corner) than where it appeared to be. Fast and efficient. read more

Reached out to this company by email about doing a screened-in porch. Owner immediately contacted me back and asked for my location (which is 25 miles from Warner Robins). Upon relaying this information via email, he never responded. I then called the store and spoke with a nice female associate. I left my name and number for Toby....he never called back. Only after I got someone to stop by and speak with him directly...did he inform us that Apple Enclosures doesn't travel that far (unless it's a $15,000 or more job). A simple email reply would have been nice to let me know this. Not what I would expect from this business. Side note: I also have some properties in Warner Robins that I wanted to get the porch screened-in on, but I will definitely not be using APPLE ENCLOSURES. read more

They really go the extra mile (to dodge and/or not return phone calls). I can't describe how happy I am with their repairs to my screened pool enclosure and leaky sunroom roof (because they haven't done any). 5 Stars! My online request for a pool enclosure quote was answered the same day and a topline price offered from the answers to a couple questions, basic measurements and two photos. We chose Apple Enclosures from the 3 companies we asked to provide quotes to proceed with the project. Toby scheduled an onsite appointment to see the site and talk about options. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The quote was received the next day. It was very reasonably priced. He explained about the projects already in progress and when they expected to be able to start/finish keeping us informed along the way. The build crew (Billy, Gary, Scotty, and Aaron) were prompt, highly skilled and hard workers. My office overlooks the pool area, and I watched in interest as it started to take shape and observed the intricacies of our particular structure. It turned out better than we imagined, and the best part is that it has made our pool as maintenance free as it can be. We have not needed to do anything to it since it was cleaned after the build was completed. We could not be more thrilled. Thank you Apple Enclosures for an absolutely awesome job!! read more
