We do not have a shower curtain (they haven't installed the rod I bought), we do not have a handheld shower head, and the door to the bathroom was not installed as asked. Maybe the service is better for bigger jobs? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend using MGR based on my experience.

The discussion included the approximate time it would take to complete the project along with the different stages involved, and what was expected of us. It was truly amazing to watch each crew as they performed their "phase" of the construction. The workers were all professional and respectful. Each crew worked in concert with the other (weather permitting), and every phase completed appeared to be seamless. We were kept abreast of what was happening, and of what would happen next, and "John" was impressive. He was courteous, and shared details with us. He would also do follow-up to ask if a job had been completed, and to ask if we were satisfied with the results. I love my walk-in closet, and Sentry Construction was truly interested in customer satisfaction. The completed renovations exceeded our expectations. We needed an 8' high privacy fence installation…read morespanning over 525 linear feet, to afford us with privacy to "definitively separate" ourselves from those who we quickly learned, were "not so neighborly", next door neighbors. However, we DID also want a very pleasing, attractive, clean look with our fencing. We had only recently relocated to this area and we had lovely, landscaped property with a beautiful 2.5 acre pond on our front yard. And... of course, being new to the area, we also wanted the approval of the other numerous, VERY NICE, friendly neighbors we had already met. We definitely knew we wanted "visual aesthetic attractiveness" with quality. Undeniably... Warner Robins Fence Company was the RIGHT CHOICE for our fencing needs. From our verrrrrry first meet-n-greet with Matt, to receive an estimate, Matt's knowledge base and confidence in the quality his work and the integrity of his character impressed us. Add to that, Matt's professional, polite manner... it clinched our decision "to look no further". (Oh yes, FYI... We had also recently had another "supposedly reputable" fence company, from the same area as Matt, to install black, vinyl coated, chain-link fence in our rear yard. The double gate was difficult to close since it was not hung properly; the side access gate didn't operate/close properly; the crew left pieces of wire debris behind on the ground to injure our canine companion's paws; the crew was never on time when scheduled to arrive; very difficult to contact their office on the phone - always necessary to leave MULTIPLE messages in hopes of a return call; LOTSSSSS of excuses... so much difficulty for fence installation to a much smaller coverage area of our property. After THAT installation, we were certain we would definitely NOT use that previous company for ANY additional work.) Not only was Warner Robins Fence Company on target for the stated date to begin installation, but they were also well within their estimated date for completion of the project! Courteous, dependable, HONEST, professional, confident, meticulous with attention to detail of installation... there are just too many other descriptive words which describe Matt and his crew... far too many to list. Grout and thin set all over the white base board moldings, to lazy to move the pipes to install vanity correctly and left the back of the old vanity attached to the wall. Put tile along side of vanity to cover up exposed wood ; grout on floor. NEVER FINSHED hooking up my vanity ; running water. Master bathroom grout all over the place on the moldings and floor, broke two ceramic coner shelves; title kept falling of walls had to redo the master shower three times. There was a square hole cut in our master bathroom linen closet ; understand had to get to the pipes. But the mess was never cleaned up and the wife had balls to say that we the home owner would be charged for that. It's not up to the home owner to pay for his mess or hole he made. Now our shelves in there are broken. We also wanted a doggie door installed into the wall in our living area ; mr. Rick bought a doggie dog that you install into the door instead of buying one you install into the wall. If he didn't know they made such a thing he should have asked or research it. We wanted two walls taken down; which he did the mudd was put on thick and not even. Last but not least we wanted a 2 ft pony wall put inbetween the living area and the dining room for separation. The came out to be 18 inches put over the carpet, and the molding on the one side is bent and not even straight. OUR TOOLS WERE USED WITHOUT PERMISSION such as our sanding sponges, putty scrapers, HOUSEHOLD VACCUME to clean Sheetrock dust, we had bought a little tub of spackle GONE. OUR SNACKS in the ref. we're eaten WITHOUT PERMISSION. Missing receipts. I can keep going on and on. When we told his wife that we were very dissatisfied all she was kept alopogizing , it seemed like she didn't care and didn't go out of her way to correct the problem. These people seemed like they had no pride in there work they were doing. NEVER AGAIN will I recommend them.

He will tell you he is a licensed contractor but he is not! He only has an LLC to do repairs not remodels. We hired Douglas to do a kitchen remodel and he and his crew were absolutely horrible. They left messes, destroyed our lawn, were extremely unprofessional and actually yelled at me when I asked a problem that they created to be fixed. Instead of leveling our floor, they laid tile on a floor that had a 2 in slope to it. Our cabinet guy had to build one side of the cabinet 2 inches higher than the other just to make it level. After we asked him to correct the issue, his solution was laying tile on top of the tile he had already laid to try to make the floor level. As you can imagine, this made the problem worse. And as if it couldn't get worse, we found out that he wasn't paying his subs. Our cabinet guy threatened to take a mechanical Lien out on our property if he didn't get paid. Did Douglas man up and do the right thing? I'm sure you guessed, no. His solution was to completely abandon the job after not completing any of the work we paid him to do. He stopped answering our calls, wouldn't reply to emails, and never showed up to get any of his stuff. We Even tried serving him with a default letter and he has evaded us for months. BEWARE! Do not get sucked in by his " charm". He wants your money and that's it. There were many red flags that we ignored and we paid the price for it. We are just now getting things finished and he walked off the job in March. It took so long because no other contractors wanted to touch his horrible work.

We are very happy with his attention to details before construction even began. He gave us many options, with his personal recommendations. Very good job was done. His staff was here early in the morning to ensure a timely and efficient job was done. They all were well-mannered and respectful. A very good attention to detail was shown by all, not to mention they cleaned up what they messed up. Will definitely recommend him to everyone in need.
