    The Apple Store, Lenox Mall. I received Excellent service. Apple Lenox store has a beautiful location. Chilled ambiance & overall great experience. Minimum wait time. Apple Lenox, technicians are Knowledgeable and professional.

    This was by far one of the beat experiences at this Apple store. My associate Mike with the locs was amazing. Very professional. Its so sad how Lenox get so much bad press now and I was a little afraid to go there but everything worked out. I upgraded my iPhone XR TO AN IPHONE 14 plus. So Apple is located in heart of the mall but closer to the Nike and True food kitchen. As I said my transaction was seamless and everybody was nice. I had to come back a couple of days later to return my old phone and that was effortless as well. I even ran into Mike Epps crazy azz. He told me, women dont touch doors, I got you!" That was refreshing . I will most definitely be back. Oh yeah I purchased an USB-C block($19) as well. Thanks Apple!

    DOWNSTAIRS: Did a walk in on a Friday afternoon, they got us in within 10 mins. We had to do a store credit return from an online order. It was kind of inconvenient because the iPad was a gift. Colin and Mildred helped us out . Colin is the downstairs manager. He was very helpful and informational. He has a great personable personality. My friend talks ALOT & he didn't mind. He's a great conversationalist. Mildred made the return very easy. She wasn't able to scan so she had to type everything manually. She was very patient. I appreciate their COVID19 help and safety standards. They have these nice custom mask that are equivalent to N95 mask. They check temperature at the door . They have hand sanitizer readily available. UPSTAIRS: KIMAMI helped us out upstairs . There was no appointments available but he was able to get us a walk in. He was very patient and professional. He's personable and handsome: really eyes. He was quick and swift. Hand sanitizers upstairs as well. Upstairs is where the Genius Bar is so it's much more quite, calm, and organized. The set up is social distancing . It's clean.

Advised the person I spoke to I tried to purchase phone online for pick up, she said I would need to come to the store. I get to the store, and stated I just spoke with someone in regard to the phone for purchase. A young lady I take it was Maria, said I never called, she then goes as far as to saying she is the only one who answers the phone so she would know. After showing proof that I did call using my last call on my log it then became she doesn't remember speaking to me. IMO honest mistake, then while finally getting assistance with getting the phone, Maria asked the agent who was helping me to continue with another customer. My issue arises when the young lady who asked for me to be passed on to her was busy working with the lady she swapped with the agent for me. I came on my lunch break and my time was very limited, and she seemed more interested in helping the lady she swapped me for. It almost felt like she didn't want to assist me. I was very polite and cordial after about 20 minutes of this before I decided that I can take my business elsewhere. Calling me friend was not lightening up the tension and she tried but then would go right back to the other customer who was working with an agent already... it became very frustrating and clear she didn't want to assist me. She was overly assertive with not trying to help me or assist me, tried to say my phone wasn't eligible for upgrade/ trade in, after agent I was working with said it was. Then she took my phone in the back saying it does pass eligibility for trade in. Then looking for reason not to give me a trade in lol lol it was almost comical. I wish we as ppl can just be loving and helpful to eachother, but respectful also. I didn't feel respected or necessary so I felt neither was my money, so I left the store with my old phone and will upgrade elsewhere. Just have to be better.. I wish I could give a better rating just my treatment in my opinion wasn't great at all!!!

My experience was the complete opposite!!! The staff were warm and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood all terms. I was in and out in about 5 minutes!!! I highly recommend this location should you have any cable needs!

    We had a phone stolen in transit. It's okay. That does happen. I understand. We finally get it…read moreproperly submitted in their system that our phone was stolen( their system is a huge part of the problem- the platform is terrible), but then we were told we had to submit a police report and return it to them within 3 days. I didn't expect them to make me jump through hoops as I have never even disputed a cent on my bill but that's okay, I called and had an officer come by and filed the police report. He said it would be three to five business days for the report to be available. Although I could possibly get it a day sooner if I go to the police station and ask for it in person. I do obtain it on the third day And while I'm at the police station, I receive an email saying that my case has been closed because I have not sent in supporting documentation. So I start the process all over again and upload all the photos of the package being ripped open and clear evidence of tampering. Keep in mind their policy for refunds and returns deceptively states that you have 14 days from the day you placed your order, NOT 14 days after the package was delivered. If the package takes 5 or 7 days to get to you, that is part of your review period to determine if you like the product. So with my wife's phone being stolen and the refund not progressing, I wanted to return my phone I had purchased. I was fed up after jumping through hoops (they also requested I file with the FCC and wanted a copy of the complaint filed, but as this was during a government shutdown I called the number they provided right in front of them which had an automated message saying they were closed due to lapse of appropriations/funding). It's not just this location. The other one on Roswell was terrible, worse than this one. I had to continue dealing with an issue while I was out of town so I visited the store in Chattanooga, they couldn't do anything either. I love the warm tone and effortless friendly vibe of the Filipino people, but don't expect the customer service center to be able to do anything. Pro tip for any polyglots reading this: if you do as my wife did when calling customer service and press 2 for Espanol, you will likely get a us-based representative. Ours just happened to be in Atlanta as well. At least they were Frank with what next steps we should take and told us there was no evidence of a replacement or report of a stolen device anywhere in their system. Comcast is a disgusting Monopoly. They mismanage taxpayer subsidized infrastructure funds And lobby, federal, state and local governments to block out alternative providers.. Because why compete when you can just pay to make competition illegal. Yes, they are cheaper than the big three, but far from the cheapest, and those cheaper options also include perks like international data. It took nearly 4 months for all this to be resolved. Most people would eat it despite the $2,000 loss as they have work and kids to take care of. Or they simply do not know how to work through the grueling process that Comcast intentionally forces you to go through in hopes that you will give up out of frustration. The mores of the corporation are structured such that their incompetence and ineptitude is the source of their profit. And that profit will come from you whether you can afford it or not.
