They had a large selection of shellac polish. We were overwhelmed to the choices. By the time our foot baths were ready we still hadn't picked our color. The temperature of the water was perfect and the team of esthetician worked together to accomplish our pedicure. We opted for a spa pedicure because we wanted a treat. The massage was nice and the mint foot mask was warm and tingling. The hot towel at the end was so nice and comforting. I was very pleasantly surprised at this place. I would recommend. Prices are reasonable and the staff seem so gracious and kind. They created an atmosphere of relaxation. No loud music which is nice when you looking for relaxation on a budget. Covered in what I can assume is dog hair as there was a shedding dog in the store. No signs warning of a potential allergy. Really bad first impression & then it got worse. First it was apparent that the owner who was doing my pedicure did not seem to know what she was doing. She put forth little if any effort, overlooked several toes that should have been trimmed & sliced my toe open drawing blood using an Emory board. The massage chairs did not work, the materials used such as towels or the bags for paraffin were stained or ripped, the owner did not use proper gloves, soaked my feet in cold water, the owner-attendant- was not dressed professionally nor looked presentable to present herself that way to customers, greasy hair & spandex biker shorts with a top that barely covers the middle on a plus size lady is not a good look. Whole experience was dreadful. So because it's poorly organized, messy & multi business, prepare for your session to be interupted by people walking through & if their debit machine is down & you are asked to use the one next door at a gaming store, wear a complete facial mask because the stench of cat piss will choke you out. Every time i've been here i constantly get ripped off, they rip off grown out acrylics with another…read morenail which is extremely uncomfortable and damaging, they do a poor job at application that does not last, a week after getting acrylics done the polish on my french tip chipped off. They overcharge every set, once paid in cash and instead of asking if i wanted to tip just took all the cash and said have a good day. one time i didn't want them to rip off my grown out acrylics so i did it on my own at home and when i went in they judged and laughed at me telling me that's not okay, when they would've done the exact same thing. I have watched one of the workers clip their own nails and put it back in the drawer to use on the next customer. Terrible service
