Myself and one other roommate applied and got accepted to a large, beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bath condo in Ballard. We were told that having three people would be no problem in the home - it's a large 3 bedroom house. Lisa Dankers went back on this, saying it was 'wrong information' and that adding a third roommate was not allowed. Lisa Dankers was trite and petty in her responses, saying she 'really took a risk for us approving our application'. It was truly mind boggling to us what the hang up was. Eventually she informed us that the rent would increase to add a third person. With a bad taste in my mouth, I decided not to move forward with Apple. Stay away from this unethical business if you can. Even if you love the apartment and think it's a great deal (like I did), it's not worth the headache and be aware that you'll completely lose the security deposit at the end for no reason. Unfortunately I read the reviews before renting and decided to take the risk because "well how bad can it get?" - well now I'm the next 1-star review because these people are straight up thieves and don't give a crap about you. They are extremely disorganized with their contracts, they don't answer emails, calls, texts. Natalie is the only person who will answer calls but can't do anything other than reach out to the owner Lisa for direction. Lisa ignores you 90% of the time and the other 10% will reply to you in a rude and random manner, promising things that will never happen. My 7 months in their apartment were filled with negative surprises. 1) My apartment flooded for 2 weeks and they didn't do ANYTHING about it. I had to work with the condo staff and HOA insurance even though the issue was in the unit, not in the building. Thankfully those people were decent about it and helped me out. 2) My closet door broke because of the poor way it was put together by them (confirmed by the maintenance guy) and instead of fixing it they left the broken door hanging there by the wall for 3 months and never came back. 3) Hot water from my only shower simply stopped working. I had no hot water in the shower for over 3 months. Lisa did not take it seriously for weeks until I said I needed them to either let me stop paying rent or pay for a hotel (it's the law, hot water is an essential). Again the only thing they did was to blame the building and point me to different people. Again the building staff tried to help me out replacing pieces of the unit but couldn't figure out the issue. Being the unit or the building, Apple PM didn't check in a single time. I gave up on trying to get anything from them and spent 2 months having to go to the guest suite in the condo to take showers, until I moved out. 4) Now when I moved out in December I thought the nightmare was finally over, but I'm still dealing with it 3 months after. I have yet to receive my $2,100 security deposit back (there's a 21 days post move out rule that landlords have to obey) even though I did everything right. I have tried contacting multiple people at Apple PM in the past ~2 months - when I am able to get a hold of them, all they say is that they will look into the delay and never do. Last Saturday I sent them an official security deposit demand letter and no response at all. So yeah, it could get pretty bad. I highly recommend that you don't try it. read more

ZERO STARS... STAY FAR AWAY. I signed a lease with Apple Property Management in August 2020. I gave official notice of move-out and received approval from Apple Property Management for move-out in May 2021. I moved out May 31, 2021. I was told via email on June 20, 2021 that the owner would be mailing security deposits out the following morning. I sent follow up emails asking where my deposit was on June 29, July 3, and a final email on July 6, 2021. All emails went unanswered. I have called the Apple Property Management office and spoken with the front office twice. Each time resulting in no answers given and no calls back. I wrote a final email on July 9, 2021 letting management know I would be escalating the issue and the owner finally replied, "Sounds perfect , do you need the address for the courthouse and the floor you file the claim in?" This taunting reply is a perfect example of Apple Property Management's predatory nature. I now realize that they break their own lease terms in hopes of exhausting their former tenants into giving up on getting their security deposits back. This response and behavior is abhorrent and completely unprofessional. I feel sorry for all prior tenants who did/do not have the time, knowledge or patience to pursue legal action against this company just to receive the money they are rightfully owed. Just read all the other complaints here on Yelp and stay far far away. Then they have used every excuse in the book to delay returning our deposit. After leaving multiple messages for a simple call back, I am still left wondering where my deposit is. Do you want a management company that leaves you with piece of mind know you'll be okay? Do you want to know that verbal and written agreements will be honored? Do you want a company that is responsive to tenant needs? Well go somewhere else. At best Apple has no idea what it is doing. At worst, they are deliberately trying to screw their tenants. My first document after signing the lease indicated what utilities were handled by them and we are to reimburse. This had sewage and water listed as paid by apple and added to my rent through the payment portal. I immediately got bills from both sewer and water companies asking me to pay them directly. I brought this up to Apple and they didn't answer their phone. The owner Lisa didn't answer or return emails. I started paying the utilities directly because I don't want to be that person. And the bill disappeared from the apple property payment portal. So I thought, whatever, I will pay directly. No big deal, right. Well after about a year of paying directly I get an email from apple saying that I am delinquent on my water and sewer bill. And that I have not been paying apple. I showed my receipts and had a few back and forth emails with Mary about this. So they will start charging all residents for the unit I am in and adding it directly to the portal. And that I owed them a couple hundred dollars for what was not paid. My notes were not enough to convince them I had paid the water company everything so I just paid and moved on. I had two less bills to wait for in the mail. I can just pay it on the apple portal and not worry about it. Guess who has two thumbs and was horribly wrong about not having to worry? If you guessed me, then you are right. After a few months I decided to log into the water company website using one of my old receipts. Now I have a $2000 water bill with non-payment fees. I have one last question for you, who do think stopped answering phone calls, emails, and reporting through their website? Apply Property Management. I came to Yelp to read if I was alone in their treatment. You can see from the numerous 1 star reviews from tenants these people are the worst. If you can, avoid these people. Just don't bother to contact them. Don't bother to view a listing. I expect my deposit is forfeit. I expect the only way out of this is to pay the unpaid utilities. I expect I will be moving again to try and find a more reasonably property management company to live under. read more

Apple Property management Accepted my first, last and deposit for a property in Tukwilla. My wife and I set boxes down and were immediately swarmed by fleas. We were concerned in that we had pets, but none of them had come on the property yet, thankfully. We contacted a pest control agency and had them test our current residence and then the place I had just signed on with Apple Property Management. The pest control agent determined that there was no evidence of infestation at my current residence and that there was no way we could have brought adult fleas onto the property given the fact that we had just arrived and that the flea population was obviously mature and established. After months of negotiation they finally remitted half of my funds, about $1500, but refused to refund me in full despite the fact that they violated the terms of the lease by attempting to rent us a place in an infested and non livable condition. I should have received a %100 percent refund on the spot instead of months of misdirection, lies, and a lack of concern and responsibility. I wish I had the time to take them to court. I would never, ever advise anyone to work with them under any circumstances. read more

To start I would like to say that I would NEVER rent from Apple property management, having read their reviews online. Unfortunately I lived in a building for 5 years that was taken over by Apple Property Management in the last few month I lived there. This company is an disorganized headache to deal with. The owner, Lisa, is a total mess while being extremely rude. Great combo, right... She's either unaware of tenant rights, or she doesn't care, and either option sucks for the renter. Staff turn over is also a huge issue with her company, so each person you deal with us no idea what they're doing; like it's their first day because it probably is. Five people reached out to us to get email addresses in less than a month. Lisa, herself, sent out emails asking you to sign online documents from her personal email, not mentioning anything about the company she works for. I assumed her email was some fishing scam until my husband told me he got the same email. When they took over my building they put a sign up in the lobby saying they would be changing all our locks in the next few weeks. Seattle laws require they "Give renters at least two days' written notice to enter to make repairs or improvements, supply services, or to inspect". Not some vague time in the future weeks or months. Unfortunately, that's not what happened when they came to change my locks. I was in the shower when I heard my front door open without any notice or even any knocking. This was 4 weeks after the sign went up, so I assumed I was possible being robbed. I came out of the bathroom yelling. They guy ran out of my unit and Lisa was calling me within minutes. She curtly informed that she had given me plenty of notice by putting a note on a cork board. When I informed her of the laws around entering tenant units, she huffed loudly before saying "Fine, when do you want us to come." We had some lingering maintenance requests from our previous property manager, which we informed them of when they came to tour our unit. They let us know they would be back to finish the work soon. 6 months went by before we moved out, and nothing was repaired, or even addressed. We emailed, and messaged them on their site multiple times, but never received so much as a reply. Today, 2 months after having moved out I received a notice that I was 2 months behind on rent. I have never been late on rent in my life. I have moved out of state and I am having to contact the city of Seattle to file complaints and to see why next steps are necessary. Fun, right? I had a broken toilet for over 1 month. It would not flush. I posted to your stupid website request thing, got a response back saying that it was received then was told it was never received. I called and that must have fallen through as well. You guys go through a lot of employees it seems. I'm not sure if that contributes, but still, we couldn't flush our toilet for over a month. The cabinet doors were old and broken. They kept falling off and breaking. Lisa and John are well aware of this. They actually had fixed the door with Elmer's glue before renting to us. After about a week the door broke in the same spot. Another door did the same (though that one was from us) I fixed it with wood glue and both Lisa and John were aware. Either way the right thing to do would be to replace the old cabinets. I had to replace a bunch of the hindges myself (look under the sink!) because the doors kept falling off. When I told Lisa about the problem she recommended taking all the cabinet doors off (which would be great with the toddlers running around). How is that a legitimate response? The microwave broke and you guys replaced it with an old beat up microwave that didn't work. Why go the cheapest route on everything? I'm paying $3600 a month, can't you afford to fix things? That screen door was broken the day after you installed it because YOU GUYS just drilled into the aluminum frame and the thing obviously stripped. John knew about this and fixed it once (by drilling bigger holes and getting bigger screws). Obviously, the same thing happened so we took it down. A windstorm blew the door open because it would not shut properly and bent the piston. So I spent $80 of my money to fix your door and you still charged me for the broken door. I spent a shit load of time and money fixing all the little holes and matching the paint. The upstairs paint was under the stairs and was a perfect match. I then went to Lowe's twice to match the downstairs and finally had to find the match at Sherman Williams. It was a perfect match. Lisa tried to tell me it was because the paint changed when it dried, but it had been on the wall for 5 days already. Not to mention John said it was a perfect match. The OWNER was fine with it! It was the only reason I didn't take pictures. Had I read the reviews earlier I would have thought again. When we moved in almost every lightbulb burnt out within a month. This obviously is not your fault. But we decided to replace the bulbs so the next group would have to deal with the same problem. We missed 3 small bulbs in the bathroom. And you changed us $50 for 3 lightbulbs!!! You said it was also for the smoke alarm batteries (which still doesn't add up) but the smoke alarm batteries were still good (like the lights you left us with) You kept $500 for a final utility bill. Sure I understand that, but what I don't understand is why the bill wasn't paid and I'm having to argue with the utility company. And why I have called you three times about it and left a message and you still haven't called me back. You said Monday and it's the end of Tuesday. I shouldn't of had to wait till Monday anyway, but at least do what you said you would do. But that has pretty much been the standard. You guys almost never returned our calls. I also understand that you have a policy to charge a $500 penalty for breaking a lease early and I'm not going to tell you how to run your business, but the policy makes you guys look bad. I did everything (posted the add, sent the application, showed the house) you guys had almost no work. Run an application and print off some pre written contracts. It's just a way for you to make money. also, how is it I can't get you guys to call me back for anything, but as soon as I post on Yelp you get back to me within the hour. and when you use phrases like, "due to damage" it too is misleading. What damage? The owner said it looked great. Furthermore, you made it clear that we were to advertise the house "as is" so why did the rooms need to be painted anyway? The painting company is "Dankers Construction." Of course the rooms needed to be repainted!!!! There is a reason people think you guys are crooks. I am not the only one who thinks you guys are untrustworthy. look at your reviews. You guys need to take a hard look at yourselves and ask yourselves why people consistently I also want to point out that from a customer service standpoint you guys are super rude and unfriendly. I am not a "review" guy but, trying to get a deposit back from Apple and Lisa is darn near impossible without court intervention. The reviews don't lie...if you are a renter stay away. We rented for over two years and left our rental better than we found it. Despite that, and more than 90 days after move out, we received neither a refund nor an itemized list of damages. This is after Lisa did a final walk-thru, 12 hours before we left the property, where she took two pictures and said the home looked in good shape. Since then, there has been no communications from Lisa except a false claim of "I mailed the check to you" about 75 days ago. Caveat emptor, people. Know your rights as well - Seattle law is very clear and supersedes any contract with Apple. read more

We were cheated out of our deposit money. We had the owner come by and said that the place looked great and that the paint job was great. Lisa came by after that and said the touch up paint didn't match and had it re painted (her company by the way). They then charged us 50 bucks for 3 light bulbs and a battery. They kept 500 for the last months utilities, but didn't pay it and wont return any of my calls so I can pay the city. They installed the wrong door and it broke. I told the owner, had him try to fix it, spent 80 bucks buying a replacement part for it. and they still charged me 250 to replace the door... Bottom line: don't get involved with these people. we also had a broken toilet for months and they said, "we didn't get the request" well then get your website fixed. read more

After a week of back and forth with them saying the property was only tentatively rented out they told us it for sure was and they would have a check into the mail to us that week. We wouldn't be doing that if David Dankers hadn't provided good, consistent, reasonably priced service all those years. I fully intend to retain Apple and David's services for as long as we own our rental properties, and would not hesitate to recommend them to any other landlords. We rented through Apple Property Management and they lied to us so that they could keep our deposit. They told us our cats had ruined the carpet in the basement when we had in fact never let our pets in the basement. We told them that. They knew. There were tons of flies seemingly appearing through the window sill like some sort of horror movie. I think something was dead inside the walls. I told them that, and they told me it smelled like our cats peed on the carpet and they were keeping our deposit. (I dont follow their logic. cat pee in carpet = flies spawning at the window sill? clearly, there was something dead in the wall. Also, it smelled like something dead which is not the same as cat pee smell. A property manager would know the difference. They knew they were lying) Yes, they knowingly stole over $1,000 from us. I even took them to small claims court over it (over the principle more than the cash). But alas, Lisa Dankers has plenty of experience screwing people out of their money and she knew how to game that. She offered partial payment of our deposit which I did not cash until after she received a letter from me saying that I planned to cash it as partial payment. The judge however corrected my knowledge of how that works; it must say "accepted as partial payment" _on the check itself_. She obviously knew that which is why she didn't bother to show up to court. She knows how to play the game. So yes, Lisa, you did best me at my knowledge of the finer points of check cashing. Kudos to you in being the most knowledgeable at screwing people over. You're a criminal, and you know it. I'm curious if the homeowner ever saw any of that deposit money or if that was simply pocketed to pad your profits. The owners were such nice people, it would be a shame if you were screwing them too. I see some nice yelp reviews for David Dankers from whom she inherited the business. If i could give 0 stars i would. We are current tenants and this company and Lisa Dankers are a nightmare! Our unit has flooded so many times i cant count and they do nothing about it except send some guy out every 8months or so to snake the drain. the most recent incident, our unit flooded from the upstairs home through the ceiling and flooded the hallway, the ceiling and the walls and the only thing that was done is a carpet guy came in and put one blower on the floor for the wet carpet. There was so much water it to almost a week to dry. The home reeks of mold despite my efforts to bleach every surface in the house. Then early yesterday morning after returning from a 2 day vacation we come home to a bathroom flood. The pipes burst under the sink because they were rusted all the way through. Apple property management was immediately notified at 10am on 08/04/19 and by 2pm 8/5/19 nobody had called. Nothing. I had to call them and was told by the receptionist that it was her fault even though she told Lisa about it this morning first thing she never followed up with her. The walls under the sink are soaked, the cabinet it squishy and the carpet is soaked AGAIN. This company and Lisa Dankers seem like they couldn't care less about their tenants or the properties they manage. They send out incompetent contractors to fix things within the home or refuse to address the issues ever. Its been 8 months we have been trying to get our dishwasher fixed, we just keep getting told top do our dishes by hand. we have lived here since October of 2017, the washing machine pipes have flooded more times then i can count, the wall behind it is squishy and molded along with the floor surrounding it, our kitchen has flooded twice and it was like pulling teeth to get them to address half of the water damage the other half was never fixed, and now the bathroom has flooded. Along worth mold ruining 2 dressers in the master bedroom. Lisa tells us to run a heater on high and a dehumidifier 24hrs a day to help with the mold instead of just addressing the water in the walls issue. We run the dehumidifier but its 80 degrees outside were not running a heater on high. There have been issues with the book keeper being unable to do simple math when it comes to our rent and also crediting our payments for rent and utilities to the other unit and we have to call and complain for days for them to fix it. I called last Tuesday with this issue and its now Monday and they still haven't fixed it. They also promised to call me which of course never happened like usual. As you can see by all the other reviews this is all very typical for this company. I wish we had read these reviews before we agreed to rent from this company. read more

They were very nice to us until we signed the paperwork and then was very difficult to get a hold of. When we moved in, the house was a mess and wasn't cleaned as promised. The basement flooded in the winter and was dealt with quickly but we had to live with a hole in the wall and wet carpet in the back yard for the rest of our time there. We sent in our last month of rent with our letter stating we would not be re-newing our lease. The lease stated there was no month to month and they would contact us to re-new at end of lease. We never receive any response and as we moved out I finally got a hold of someone and they stated they received no such letter even though they cashed our check. They took another months rent out of our deposit as well as the utilities. I just received a letter( 5 months later), that states still owe $200 for utilities and they never paid it. read more

My husband and I rented a property for 12 years through this company and have no complaints at all! When we had any issues with appliances needing replacement, new carpet or any other needs for the rental they always responded in a timely manner and always worked around our busy schedule. My husband and I made the move to Hawaii to continue our life journey and the staff we did encounter on our last few days had nothing but great things to say about the up keep and cleanliness of the home. They also wrote a wonderful letter for us regarding our residency and how they were sad to see us go. We would absolutely rent through Apple again if we ever moved back to Seattle. I rented from them, but the owner of my studio fired them 3 months into my lease. His daughter was in town from San Fran and decided to stop by to check out the place and was disgusted by how run down the studio had become. When I moved in, I had also asked if they could replace the missing blind. For months, David kept telling me it was ' on order'. I finally had to ask the ower to replace it. It was clearly apparent to me how they treat their properties. I would never hire them to manage my property. And I am an responsible renter. I pay my bills on time, clean up after myself. I am curious if Anita (one of the reviewers) has even rented from Apple Property. All I know is, I was happy I didn't have to deal with them, and was happy to work through a complicated situation with the owner in Greece than work with Apple Property. read more

King of NEGLECT! If you want great service, compassion, and a property manager who uses their authority to help their residents, GO ELSEWHERE! Took 2 weeks to put in a non-warm fridge. Installed a disgustingly dirty oven to replace a broken one. Promised to have shelving installed in the unit prior to move in and didn't. I built my own shelving and they ignored a simple reimbursement request. These issues weren't even the worst of it. Had some decent exchanges with a leasing agent and maintenance person, but the property managers were too busy, negligent, and Severely conflict avoidant. Worst I've ever experienced. read more

The people are the WORST! Avoid at all cost! We discovered the house they rented us was completely infested with fleas!! We noticed them after walking in with a couple boxes to start moving in. Within moments our legs were covered in them! We ran out of the house and both emailed and called Lisa immediately. Her assistant got back to us saying they would have an exterminator out as soon as possible. Later that evening we received an email stating that they believed we caused the infestation! What!? We explained to them that our previous home was completely flea free and our pets had been nowhere near the property yet. They continued to state that there was "no way" to prove we did not bring the fleas in, and therefore they would not be paying for an exterminator. We called an exterminator then and there and made an appointment the next day for them to come to our current home and inspect for any sign of fleas, then to visit the house Apple rented us and inspect there for fleas as well. Well after dropping $300 dollars for the inspections, the exterminator found ZERO evidence of fleas in our home and immediately found dozens of fleas in the Apple home. The infestation was so severe it would take several treatments over months for the place to be in livable condition, and were we to move in with our pets, it would take even longer! Lisa ignored our emails and calls for days until we showed up in her office with the written report from the exterminator and a letter stating that we were unable to inhabit the house in its current condition. They drug their feet even longer until hiring a company to treat the house WITHOUT TALKING TO US FIRST! As in, someone entered the house we had signed a lease on with no warning or permission! Even with this treatment it would still be weeks before we could live there, so we demanded a refund and that our lease be voided. They again drug their feet, and after we fought them tooth and nail they refunded only our deposit. Lisa claimed since we "had possession" of the house for however long they were entitled to our rent money! The ONLY reason things were not immediately handled was because Lisa intentionally ignored us and drug the process out for weeks! read more

I contacted Melissa Levi, who is the company's maintenance coordinator, and she handled our problem swiftly and professionally. The beginning of my experience with Apple in 2018 was pretty average. It was never very professional, to be sure, but since I didn't have any issues with the property, everything was hunky-dory. I don't know what happened in their main office, but in 2019 something changed. I rented a MIL and the main house was also managed by Apple, so we paid different portions of the utility bills. In 2020, we started getting utility bills that weren't even for our property. Then Apple started deducting my utility fees from the pet deposit I'd paid via the AppFolio App, instead of sending bills in the mail. I would reach out to Apple and get no replies. After I moved out, my deposit WAS NOT returned to me within 21 days (as per WA law). My former landlord and I had to badger Ms. Dankers for weeks, and I'm currently trying to make sense of the "ledger" they sent, having only returned half of my deposit (illegally, given the 21 day law), and without the $500 I paid in pet deposits , with no clear description of damage costs. Their disorganization will cost you. If you can, STEER CLEAR of their properties. And if you can't, keep a sharp eye and clear records for yourself. read more

Apple Property Management and the "management" behind it, is a total joke. As landlords, it is their ultimate responsibly to ensure tenant's are being taken care of and heard. They will NOT respond to your emails if their lives depended on it, and I can 110% vouch they will cheat you out of your deposits. Be prepared to get ridiculous bills and have zero explanation as to why your SMALL apartments "utility bill" (no explanation as to what you are paying for) is $340 dollars. My husband and I had a very positive experience with this company. David Dankers was our landlord and responded quickly via email any time we had an issue. Our dryer broke at one point and he had it replaced with a brand new one within a couple of days. He even let us out of our lease a month early when we needed to move to a bigger place after the birth of our first child. We spoke with Lisa a couple of times when David was out of town and she was very helpful as well. We recommend this company and would rent from them again in the future. read more

With a quick phone call, they take care of matters promptly and efficiently at all times. It makes condominium living run so smoothly. First of all: JUST DON'T. This property management/manager is a cluster**** of unorganized nonsense. Lisa Dankers is unhelpful, nearly IMPOSSIBLE to contact in any way, shape or form. Her assistants are the ONLY remotely helpful people in this organization, but she has a revolving door of them. And she will never notify when she gets a new one. Never really gives you her contact info. Lisa will make promises and never keep them. Think she's cutting you a deal? GET THAT IN WRITING IMMEDIATELY. She will always want to come to the property to look at your maintenance requests BEFORE she calls someone to fix them. Basically to see if you're overreacting or if it "really" needs to be repaired. If she doesn't think it needs to be fixed, good luck getting it fixed! She will I've had to wait over 6 months to get a sink leak fixed. When we first applied, we didn't know whether we were approved until 3 DAYS before we had to vacate our apartment at the time. read more

I have had Apple Property Management handle my business for over 20 years and must say they are honest hard working people. They have helped me through some hard times and I will continue to work with them. I did their job before (manage properties) and I know how often it seems like no matter how much you do there is always someone who is unhappy with your job. I would ask that someone who complains about Apple Property should try their job. The people at Apple Property are honest and try hard to handle more than most would even attempt. As a former tenant, I would never rent an apartment managed by Apple Property. There is no urgency to fix broken items and there response time is horrendous. And that's if you can even get them to respond. Save yourself from from the pain and aggravation and lease from another property management company. read more

We were very excited about the rental as the house looked very nice. The agent, however, was different story. She told us we were first in line for a house after we had jumped through every arbitrary hoop put up in their application process that no other agents have made us do. Then, after not hearing from her for days, I call and ask her what the next step is. She says that there is another leasing agent that she didn't know about who had an application from another group before ours. So she will let us know soon. One day goes by so I call her again. Still no idea who gets the house but I will let you know. Three days go by, still no idea but she will call me either way. This is a couple days before we are supposed to move in and she has no idea who signs the lease! Very unprofessional. read more

Apple Property Management has been my worst living experience to date in Seattle. As previous reviews state it is nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone in the management office after signing a lease. When I moved in I discovered a water pressure issue in my shower,and reported this to management immediately via email (their preferred method) I was promptly informed that the owner of the building does all the repairs, and he would contact me. No contact. I called the management office and was given the owners number after much complaint. After multiple calls and voice mail my call was returned and the owner stated he would fix the problem when he got back into town. This cycle continued for nearly 3 months, only to find out that when the work was finally done, an unlicensed plumber performed the repairs. My kitchen sink pipes we not attached to one another ( i'm not a plumber but this seems like a basic concept to me) and now my bathroom sink and shower leak. I have sent emails to maintenance, the owner, the property management owner: and yet no one has helped find any solution or compromise for this situation. I have even email regarding setting up a time to discuss my lease, again with no response. *I have four holes in my wall where the owner drilled for a "private entrance, this has been this way for 5 months. *I have no drywall in my kitchen. Cabinets were taken down and replaced but the drywall has never been replaced. *My bathroom sink and shower leak * 6 electrical outlets do not work Needless to say, apple property management is a joke.
