The few times I have had to speak with the office staff, they have always been rude and make it seem that I am bothering them when I have issues with their unit (door won't close and another time it wouldnt open. Was told it just keeping trying they didn't have the time) DONT RENT HERE!

The movers put everything up front in the storage area and piled things 6 feet high up front so you can't even get into the area. I was over charged and Nick in the office fixed that immediately.
