THE GOOD: They showed up in time. The workers were nice & polite. The garage was cleared out…read more THE BAD: Their policy is to recycle as much as possible appears to be a joke. They treated ALL my stuff like junk. Everything, like my Dad's tools,(Stanley / Mastercraft), shovels, rakes, weekwacker & lawn sprinkler were all thrown/ slammed into the truck. I heard things break ! Then the heavy duty junk like an old table saw, metal file cabinet etc all thrown on top. I had things marked with a ribbon & told them 3 times that stuff stayed. One of the guys asked if I had some Kleenex. I ran into the house to get him some Kleenex & they threw some things that were marked to stay into the truck !!! I hired them because of their recycling policy. That part seams to be an expensive mistake.
