I have always been a fan of freshly picked fruits and veggies, so I was excited to come here since I love, love, love peaches! You drive up to the stand and get a bucket to put the peaches in. There isn't a ton of parking spots up front, but it is a dirt/grass lot, so you can probably pick your own spot if it is crowded haha. We drove around the back to park closer to the peach trees. There are designated rows of trees you can pick from. We arrived around 2pm on a Saturday and there were a few other people there. There was a decent amount of available trees, but you can tell that there use to be a lot more. So, I'd probably say come earlier in the season, maybe. A lot of the good ones that I wanted were high up in the tree and I'm not too tall, so it was a challenge haha. We picked about half a bucket. It was a fun overall experience to walk around the trees and hunt for peaches! TIP: Bring CASH or CHECK.

They were fine and most of them could have just been eaten fresh. We also bought quarts of three different varieties. The peaches are picked a bit early and so you might need to wait 2-3 days before you can preserve them or bake with them. The market also had squash, tomatoes and cucumbers. Staff was very friendly. On our way back to our car, the owner stopped us to apologize for the parking (they were busy) and we chatted with him a while. Very nice guy! If you want to pick your own, call ahead. Not sure you can do that everyday. I would return!

They quickly put together a new game plan and brought their product straight to individual customers. Their KT Produce box is packed full of ingredients! The box is valued at $50.00 or more, but you can purchase it for $35.00. You order on their website and pick it up at their loading dock. You don't even have to get out of your car (you will receive a confirmation email that it's ready!). Just pull up your confirmation on your phone and show them through your car window and they will load it for you. They even include recipes with ideas for some of what's included! While you don't get to pick what you get, you won't be disappointed! The majority of the box is fruit and vegetables, not other items, such as bread, whipping cream, eggs and jam may also be included.

Bruce is so friendly and knowledgeable and the food looks and tastes amazing. As I lamented not being able to find fresh Concord grapes in the area, he reached into the cooler and came out with some of the most vibrant Concord grapes I've ever tasted. Everything is locally grown and the meat is grass fed. Excited for the next butcher days for some great cuts of beef! I will definitely make the trip from Bella Vista to Johnson just for Fruit of the Vine going forward.
