The Peach Barn is packed with specialty jars, fresh baked goods, and things you didn't know you needed. The pickles? The best I've ever had. So good I came home and ordered more of them on Amazon from the Amish Wedding company because I refused to run out. Grab more than one jar. Trust me. I also tried the salad dressings and baked goods and everything tasted fresh and high quality. The shop isn't huge but there is enough room for everyone shopping and plenty of nice staff around. We had gone to Livesay orchards to buy peaches and decided to swing by here for a peach shake. It was July 5 and the parking lot was packed. I thought we would have to wait a long time as the line was long. The staff has this down and our shakes were out in no time. I loved that the shakes had small chunks of peaches in them. We also bought a couple of the hand pies. They were OK. I'll return for the shakes! Cute gift items too. read more

I have been a Livesay Orchard patron for 3O years . I go each summer to the Orchard stand. The peaches are sorted and labeled by type. The employees are friendly and helpful. I went to the Peach Barn today. The food was good but the peaches are not like I'm used to getting at the orchard. They are hard with the consistency like an apple ,not juicy . I asked the woman packing the peaches behind the counter "what variety of peach are these ?" (I prefer red haven or glo haven ). Let me just say, I love this place!!! I saw the billboards as I was passing through and fell in love with it. As I passed the cute looking barn and I knew I had to stop by! They had so many peach themed things and Whole Foods that were grown locally. I genuinely love handmade and all natural food. They also had a menu and tables and chair so you could eat there as well. I felt like I was on a farm and I loved it! The service was also great! I was asked if needed help looking for anything! We stopped in while we were in Muskogee for an event and left with way more than we planned -- in the best way. Picked up some spicy jam ( but so good), tamales, fried pies, and dressing. This place has tons of cool jams, local honey, taffy, and even fresh produce. There's also a little restaurant inside, and the food was seriously solid. My wife and I saw this on the way back to Kansas City as we were interested in the peaches and looked like a cute stop. You can do mobile ordering, they have a self ordering service station Prices here are reasonable as I got a burger for $6.00. I would skip that one for next time as it was just okay. The meat was a little over cooked and dry. I definitely loved the pies, self serve yogurt with the sweet peach toppings. I had the cookies and were okay. It's worth the 2 hour wait in the skin scalding summer heat. We had to stand in line outside to get in for some award winning local peaches. They have to limit the amount of customers due to safety and crowd rushing I'm sure. There is a patrol officer sitting in place to direct traffic. Drink water while waiting!! We've been here a couple times traveling through. The first time we had the peach ice cream, it was very refreshing during the summer months. Our latest visit we tried the chicken salad sandwich and pork tamales. The sandwich was really good, fresh, and enough to fill me up. My husband had the tamales, they were homemade and cans with a peach salsa. There is a couple of areas inside and outside you can eat. They also offer homemade style jams, jellies, salsa, preserves, marinara, fresh fruit, nuts, and lots of kids items. The people working there were pleasant, not overly friendly. We saw several billboards advertising the Peach Barn along the highway. We decided to stop in and check it out. There were a lot of good jam, jelly and snack items for sale that looked really good. We decided to buy a couple of the pies that were advertised on the billboards. Halotus tried the peach and I tried the apple. A devastating freeze that destroyed 90% of their local spring peach crop can't keep a good farm store down - especially when there's so much more to buy here ! The fresh peaches may from Texas for now, but the peach shakes, peach ice cream, peach jams, peach syrup, and peach everything else is still made here in Oklahoma, and available for sale. On a summertime Thursday afternoon, the parking lot was full and folks were parking 2 rows into the overflow parking next door. My hubs is a Muskogee local and I'm a KC girl. Whenever we travel to see his family, stopping at the Peach Barn is a given. I absolutely love their peach ice cream. This is a great place to get a delicious peach treat, fresh peaches, and some fresh veggies.

We came here on the way to Muscogee Castle, which is a few miles away. We were just being silly tourists, but, of course, we caved and bought stuff. TIP: they ONLY take CASH. There is an ATM in the place, but be cognizant of transaction fees; they're often ~10%. We got BBQ sauce, allegedly made from peaches grown at their family farm elsewhere. I don't deny these claims, because after trying this sauce, I realized there was something special about it! It's BBQ but infused with peaches; it's spicy and sweet and wonderful. I also sampled their peach ice cream (there's a lot of peach-themed stuff at the peach barn, who would've thought? :)) and it was pretty good. It tasted like a peachy vanilla. It is very far from everywhere, so if you're out in the country or it's on the way, check this place out! We need to support our local farmers and push for honest produce and food products. Homemade goods are indefinitely better than prepackaged supermarket items where you're completely detached/disconnected from the manufacturing process. read more

We travel through Oklahoma to visit relatives and have developed a habit of stopping for fried pies, which seem to be the State cuisine and they are usually wonderful, so we had to stop here after seeing the signs. This is the epitome of a tourist trap. We spent quite a bit of money on fried, or hand, pies along with fudge, popcorn, cookies and other items. I thought the chocolate chip cookie was great and my wife loved the small piece of chocolate fudge. The rest of it was a waste of time and money. Chewy popcorn? They got it. The fried pies should have come in Little Debbie or Hostess wrappers, which are probably in the trash can out back. The other cookies and fudge had no flavor, just sugary. And it's strange as soon as you enter. You get in a line that only goes through half of the store. Walk past the cashier to select baked goods. Go back to pay, then go to the end of the line to wait for your order. Maybe their peach products are OK, but we'll never know. Most of a hundred bucks for one cookie and one small piece of fudge. It's embarrassing to share this kind of, well stuff. read more

I ordered a turkey sandwich. They have many items to choose from, but I wanted something light. While I waited for my sandwich I shopped around the retail area. I picked up some Amish noodles, peach salsa, peach butter, and some fresh pecans. While checking out I noticed all the fresh bakery items and ordered apple and peach fried pies. This is worth the ride from Broken Arrow especially when it is peach or corn season. They not only offer fresh produce, but also fresh peach ice cream, turnovers, and other homemade goodies. Peach and corn season is in July. They have a large variety of peaches, fresh sugar corn, squash, onions, tomatoes, and other garden crops, as well as fresh eggs.
