Im sad that the only place that accepted my medical ended up being the worst place to go. I paid for my insurance and paid for my initial immediate dentures that never fit correctly and I mean they didnt fit and the next denturist to see them said they were garbage and would have an acrylic pair made. Second pair have been an issue since day one they dont listen to you at all. I went for a second opinion to be told they were not fitting properly and to go back to who made them to get another pair made. So I did and its been 2 months since my molds were made. My dentures have been ready since April 3rd but because they dont have a denturist for the pasco location they have to keep rescheduling me. This is effecting the quality of my life. And this month has been a year dealing with and not having dentures I can use to eat with has caused more unnecessary anxiety. I wont recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Worst place ever... I have been needing braces since middle school, I am out of high school and have been for 4 years now. A few months ago I got told "look into getting braces" after having my yearly check up. I did this and got accepted for it. A few weeks go by and I have a gum exam, that same day they made an appointment for me saying I needed 4 teeth pulled (not wisdom teeth I've already had those out) but the teeth next to my k9's. I'm thinking they're professional I can trust them but NOPE! I walk in for my removal appointment and they tell me that the lady who signs the referral forms was out on vacation for a week and hasn't been there to sign any referrals (lies) I walk out crying because I've been waiting for braces since middle school but technically 4 months now almost 5 and I turn 21 in 2 1/2 months. I call my mom and she calls them and she told me that they told her the lady actually called in SICK. Being on vacation is completely different than being sick lmao. Anyways I'm switching to Cacchiotti because they seem a whole lot professional and I've heard very good things about that place and me being a first time patient with them they got me in very quickly ( 4 days ) and was very nice over the phone, it's also self own and not state owned so that's a whole lot better. read more

I was waiting for half an hour to get some fillings and finally when someone came in they couldn't turn the nitrous on everything was DIRTY the cabinet had literal mold in it, and when I said something I was told "well you can go home" like no I'm gonna get my fillings done? Anyways when they finally got me numb they're just drilling away and I raised my hand and said it hurt and needed more anesthetics he then proceeded to say it was just pressure and CONTINUED DRILLING. It's now the next day and I can't even close my mouth the fillings are so uneven with my other natural teeth. Y'all count your days read more

The waiting area is pretty neat, they have kids movies always playing which I thought was nice. When it comes to the service..... Horrid. The dentist kept arguing with me telling me I should have a different tooth pulled all just to avoid fixing the tooth I came in for, finally the dentist literally told me it was too close to lunch so I'd have to book yet another appointment to fix the tooth I had booked the appointment for in the first place. After coming back the next day to get it fixed the girl administering the anesthetic stuck the needle in and begins rubbing my jaw with the needle still inside!!! She did some damage, next few days my jaw hurt worse than the tooth did! Avoid this place at all cost.... They are all students (overheard the assistant talking about her classes) you will not get a good dentist here. They are all about volume and numbers. I took my 2 teenagers here. One was forgotten about 2 times on various appointments they had set and then argued we didn't have an appointment despite me having an appointment card. 2 times! My other teenager suffered the misfortune of getting her wisdom teeth pulled.. 2 times! They couldn't get it done the first time, the second time they had to go in and get the stuff they didn't get the first time! They fractured her jaw(they think) and they want to go in again and do some "digging around". I DON'T THINK SO! I should of known when they kept moving her from chair to chair during the extraction. Like literally 4 different chairs each time. Really weird! Completely unorganized. Won't call you back. Argue with you. It's REALLY REALLY horrible! The wooly mammoth is fantastic though! DO NOT GO HERE! I gave one star because zero was not an option. Sadly I went here for a filling and ended up with a cracked tooth because they could not adjust the filling correctly (it was too high). After several. Visits I decided that I did not want to continue seeing them due to their inability to resolve the issue, but also because they clearly lacked compassion and ethics. There were SCREAMING children on more than one of my visits that was so disturbing that I almost got up to intervene but decided that such a confrontation might land me in jail. Good medicine CANNOT be practiced on a screaming child and no procedure should EVER be forced on one. (They have straps to hold kids down). DO NOT GO HERE, they should be shut down. read more

sad that not many take state insurance here in yakima, so hands are tied. Went to the dentist because my cap came off. Which the dentist cemented it back on. The last 2 weeks my jaw has become inflammed and in pain to the point I cannot chew or sleep. I called on friday 11/17 asking to speak to the center I was seen at, because you get a call center no call back. Then today 11/21 I sat on hold for an hour for them to tell me they can see me at 11 am. Okay I work 40 minutes away and am a single mom. Which that means a full day of work on. Asked if i could come in later in the afternoon she states no but we can see you tomorrow at 11 am again that's a full day of work I would loose. I have been suffering in pain after they fixed it and it seems that there is an infection that is making me sick. Which she was like we close early tomorrow so we will have to see you monday. I thought maybe they improved because they pulled 2 teeth 2 years prior to this when my medical clearly covered the sterling silver caps, but they pretty much just want money. Sad that if you have state insurance they pretty much don't give a crap about you and I simply asked if they could prescribe me an antibiotic but yet they have to see me. From the beginning I told them I work 40 minutes away a single mom who cannot afford to take time off work. They are a shady facility who doesn't give a damn about the patients but as I said state insurance you are limited to who takes adults. Sad they holidays will be hard no with the pain I have been living with for a week now. They don't care about the patients it's just about the money. read more

terrible customer service, and they have almost no availability. they only have one doctor to do braces one day a week and she is split between two clinics. if you break a bracket, it might take them six weeks to see you. I do not recommend. They are also constantly late and have really long wait times on the phone. read more

She took really good care of my daughter like if she was her own. Very caring, loving, and she has excellent work ethics. Definitely the WORST dentist I've ever been to. The staff was polite and personable but the actual cleaning and everything was horrible. They did X-rays and checked for cavities. Good. Then cleaned my mouth for maybe 5 minutes. Then someone else came in to floss my teeth. I'm used to a good 30 minute cleaning or so really cleaning the 6 months of any tartar or anything. It felt like since I have nice teeth, they felt they didn't have to do anything. The other reviews are right. It's like a conveyer belt and it's all about the money. It may look fancy, but it's covering up the horrible technique and dentistry. read more

I have private insurance and was told before someone even looked in my mouth/before xrays that I will need to do a "deep cleaning" / scaling and root planning because my insurance. They numb you up and do the cleaning so they can bill for more money. There is no way anyone who hasn't looked inside your mouth or taken X-rays knows if you need that or not**** be very cautious of this place and use as a LAST resort!!! Never have I ever experienced such unprofessional customer service until today. Normally I'm checked in super fast and acknowledge as soon as I walk in but today I had a rude blonde girl who didn't even see me standing waiting to be checked in, but she clearly saw me walk in and stand in line. She didn't make eye contact or make my presence known, she kept her head lowered and acted as if I wasn't there. 5 minutes go by and another girl next who was busy assisting a family had to tell her to help me. The whole time this girl had a bad attitude. Worst part is, turns out she forgot to mark my kids in. We were there waiting for an hour while others names were being called back. Luckily they were able to still see us, thanks to the nice girl next to the rude receptionist who was able to put us back in. read more

Everyone hates their job here. It is a factory and they try to get you in an out as fast as they can. I waited 40 mins to be brought back. 20 more to get numb. 1hr more to see the doctor and then they did two simple fillings. Everyone was running around. I am a medical assistant and I was understandable-of the poor assistants saying they hate their job but at least they are getting some experience. Also my cleaning took 5 MINUTES last time where in other places a hygienist spends an 40 mins with you. NEVER coming back again read more

My husband arrived to his appointment to find that it was cancelled due to THEIR insurance processing error. He was never informed, we confirmed it via text the day prior. Then, they said he needed another set of xrays because the other dentist my husband had seen had not sent them over yet. They told my husband to get more xrays KNOWING that they would not be covered since the other xrays were taken just a week prior. So guess who now gets to pay for about 20 xrays? Total incompetence and taking advantage of people. read more

I would consider this the fast food restaurant of dentistry. My kids were very happy to play in the flashy play area, but the dentistry itself is awful. Completely incompetent staff. The dental assistant not only hurt my 5 year old, but also did not understand how to take x-rays. (and yes, my child was cooperative). After 8 botched x-rays, I told him to stop. If you can't train your employees how to use potentially harmful equipment, you should not be in business. This is dangerous and unacceptable. read more

First I was impressed by their office design but then I realized it was to cover up for poor dentistry! I was surprised by what a chop shop this place was; first I waited to be seen by the doctor for ages, second I felt like they were just trying to over treat me, then to top it all off the doctors seemed really rude and impatient with me. Decided to take my 4 year old in for a check up since he loves seeing the building when we drive by and I assumed they are great with kids. My son is shy but I was pleasantly surprised when the assistant got him to let her brush his teeth and he was fine. Until the dentist came in! She had horrible bed side manner! He panicked when she laid the chair back and instead trying help by calmly talking to him she seemed rushed and said he had to lay down. He ended up laying in my lap and she shoved her fingers in his mouth while he screamed. After that she only said that they would have to get a better look next time. I told her there wouldn't be a next time and left. While the assistant walked us out she asked if we wanted to schedule again and I told her no thanks but that I will take him back to his regular dentist next time. She apologized and I didn't have a problem with her behavior but the whole team needs to be good at other kids. I've my lesson on making sure to check reviews before going in. Don't let the nice design fool you. They need to make sure all staff are good with kids. Especially the Dentists! read more

This place is awful. I've made countless appointments and the receptionists told me the wrong time or wrong date, I showed up and they would tell me I missed the appointment. Also calling to make an appointment is terrible 90% of the time they won't even answer or have you on hold for 15+ minutes. This place started out great when it was owned by Dr. Steinhart. He sold the business to take care of aging family in late 2013 and the place has gone downhill ever since. Not only do you see a different orthodontist every time you go in- resulting in inconsistent care, the staff in general is unfriendly to the point of being rude. I am not a prejudice person but if you aren't low income and speak Spanish, I would avoid this place. read more

Horrible place to go to. They charge your insurance or yourself for things they do not do. They tell you your kids need extra work when they don't. They told my cousin her child needed 8 cavities filled and that she needed to be put under for it. She got a second opinion and she only had 2 cavities and they only did local. I left after the second visit after they told me I needed work they had already supposedly done. Went to a new dentist, they told me they never did the original work and then insurance would not pay for it because Apple Valley had already billed for it. Called the office manager at Apple Valley and wrote a letter. Not even an appology. No one cared that we were disapointed in the care. Beware! Do not go there. read more
