This is a typical Chinese massage. They don't usually have someone working at the front desk, so it's on whoever is working to answer the phone, handle payment and do the work. She has someone else helping her who calls people back and adjusts the time if she's off schedule. paid for a 30 min massage at $40 then she only did my back and when the 30 mins were up she asked if I wanted 30 more minutes for $20. I agreed and she then took a phone call and left me in the middle of massage for 5-10 mins before coming back and said she had groceries delivered. when one hour was up from the time I got there she promptly stopped and left the room. never made up for the time she had left me in the room. At the register i gave her the additional $20 and an extra $5 tip although I didn't even want to do that. she then tried to demand that I give more tip than that. had I gotten the full hour I would have given a better tip as the massage wasn't bad other than she does not speak any english so I could not get her to focus on my trouble areas and she just does a normal routine read more

My neck and shoulder have been bothering me to the point of restless sleep, so I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Walked out 20 min later with no shoulder pain, and very little neck pain. My neck pain kept me up all night the previous night; I'm surprised with how quickly Maiki(?) was able to work the knots out of my shoulder and neck-even some I didn't realize were there before she got rid of them!
