This is my second time here recently (August 11 and September 14). Both times the service as far as placing a a drink and food order, we have had to wait 20+ minutes. Long story short they brought me a single glass and when I asked for the shaker the waiter says the manager advised him it doesn't come with a shaker (although the menu clearly states it does) waiter proceeded to tell me if I had an issue w that I can talk to the manager. Shortly after she came to the table with the shaker that's almost empty and smugly says "I took the remnants of your drink and added some mix since you want it" mind you the shaker is almost empty, full of ice and tastes like water. I keep giving yall chances and you all fail me every time. She acted as if I made it up and it wasn't on the menu. We came to Applebees with my family after church. Every meal was made incorrectly. Two meals came out quickly. The last meal did not. I had to ask three different people where my meal was. When it came out, it was wrong as well. We were not given any refills or checked on during our visit. Eventually, I had to chase down the waitress to get my bill. Of course my bill was incorrect. After speaking with a manager, my card had to be swiped twice to "fix" the issue. All in all, service wasn't good, the food was average, and I was billed twice. Will not be back. read more

I know that Applebees is basically a fancy Waffle House but I expected more! It didn't take us long to get seat but the hostesses were arguing about seating when we walked in and then after we got seated our server took our drink order and walked off. When he came back to take our order and he seemed like he was on something idk he's was a damn good server for being so over crowded and only working there 2 weeks! Yeah our drinks and food were slow but that's not his fault The food was lack luster to say the least! My fiancé got the quesadilla burger and fries which was okay but I was like a Crunchwrap basically with a burger in it! But tasted fine! I really like the new look of this Applebees. Love the Veteran appreciation meals. This location had a different vibe from some of the other ones in the area. The hostesses were pleasant and inviting. We were seated right away, even though the place was crowded. There were no unpleasant smells in the air. Everything appeared clean and in order. Our waitress was fairly new and wasn't quite familiar with the menu options but was able to get a manager to answer questions. Our drink order was taken, and it took a while to get my martini but it showed up and was pretty good. Appetizers and food was ordered. Loved the selection of impossible burgers. The spinach dip was delicious but lite on the chips. The vegan pasta did was fire. Overall it was a good meal and a great experience at this location. I would return. read more

Let me start by saying Lakeisha at the bar and the bar service is a 5! We went straight to the bar and sat. Served a drink within a few minutes, then appetizer and food to go after a little while. Lakeisha did a great job of managing the crowd and her bar. Now for the rest of the restaurant. People were walking in, waiting 4-5 minutes to get on the list to be seated. During our time here, we realized this was because the hostess was also busing tables. No problem but with the amount of people they needed a dedicated person and hostess. The people waiting when we came to the bar were seated 30 minutes later as they were told they would be...BUT they waited another 20-30 for someone to even acknowledge they had been seated. The floor staff didn't know what was going on or what tables had been waited on versus not. Finally before we left an hour and half later the group at least had their drinks. Hopefully they didn't wait much longer for food. The food was ok, nothing great but I will never go to sit at a table and will do bar service only until they get the floor managed properly. It's very rare I give a low rating for a review but my experience here was beyond sad first of all idk when I've eaten here last but my good friend wanted to stop by after a picnic to grab a couple of drinks we ended up getting food as well & I got the quesadilla burger it was awful & I had to use the restroom at my house while still in the parking lot so I prayed all the way home! I arrived at Applebee's on a Friday evening around 6:30pm. There was a short wait for a table. The patrons were spaced out and masks are required for everyone. The service was attentive and efficient. No complaints there. The manager was walking around, greeting customers, serving food, and making sure everyone had what they needed. I ordered the sirloin topped with shrimp and a Parmesan sauce. It was served with garlic mashed potatoes. I ordered it medium and that's exactly how it was prepared. I enjoyed my meal. I also ordered a Perfect Patron Margarita, which was pretty good. My only complaint is I didn't like the dressing on my Caesar salad. It tasted watered down. We called ahead and ordered 2 salads. Pulled up to the To Go parking, called and they brought our order right out. All was great. Server was friendly and efficient However. We didn't realize that the salads would come smothered and I mean smothered in dressing. About 20X as much dressing than what I like. I couldn't eat most of it because it was so drenched. I ate here twice in one day, I blame not having a car for my trip!!! I first ate lunch here with my ex boyfriend and his mom. The server was a nice older white lady. Super nice and I wish I could remember her name. I had a salad and believe me I ate the whole thing! I think was a Chinese salad with grilled chicken. She kept our drinks filled and plates came off the table quickly! The second time around was for dinner at around 9pm, the server was a nice younger lady who knew the menu very well and didn't even have to look at it to explain certain things. She was very knowledgeable and quick with service. She even brought me a to go box without asking. The place was full but it didn't seem to stop here. My parents went out for a date and got me some takeout for when they got back. Apparently they got my food before theirs. A steak, macaroni and cheese, some mozzarella sticks, and fries. Seeing as they still hadn't gotten their food and they still had to eat and pay, by the time they got back the food had significantly degraded. The fries were cold and soggy, the mozzarella sticks solidified and gross, and the macaroni was lukewarm. The steak was fine taste wise, but I'm not sure what they did to it for it to be cooked medium rare and yet be tough as leather when I was trying to cut and chew it. Outstanding experience! This is a newly renovated location. Every single person working at this location was very positive and professional. Our server was wonderful, and very attentive. The manager Jamie stopped by our table to see how we were doing, and visited with us. I was leaving the restroom and one of the staff was coming in, she held the door open for me as I left. When we left the restaurant, other wait staff thanked us for visiting. The boneless wings were delicious! And the fries were really good as well. The location was very clean as well. Traveled to this city for an Award/fashion show. It wrapped up late and our party was hungry. We decided to eat here instead of Chili's. The service was nice and rhw foos was delivered in a timely manner. My issue is that the fries for 2 of our meals were cold. Upon request for a fresh serving of fries for one of my guests we were met with the same fate cold fries. My other guest did not bother to order fresh fries. This small detail is discouraging and embarrassing. The fact that we chose this restaurant instead of choosing 30min at Chili's. I hope that thia can be fixed in the future. read more

Two servers were arguing in the doorway as my family and I tried to enter. One was saying she just threw up in the bathroom and was going home. I was hesitant to go in but went anyway. Horrible idea. Two months ago my family and I went here, and after a multitude of issues from giving my toddler a soda, to horrible service and food, I spoke to a manager which he more or less threw a $25 gift card and a "so sorry". Today we tried again. It's the closest one to our house, which is why we tried again. After sitting there for ten minutes waiting to even be greeted by our waitress to get a drink order, we left. Where to begin... If you're going to memorize my order, fine, but you better get it right. I asked for medium rare and got medium well. I asked for blue cheese dressing and got ranch. Don't refill my drink from another cup, even if you just got a clean cup from the bar and filled it just for the express purpose of dumping it into mine. Either use a pitcher or take my cup the 10 feet to the bar and refill it there. When you do it your way, it looks like you're filling my drink from one you grabbed off another table. Yuck! If I pay my bill in cash and my change is $3.58, then I expect my server to lay $3.58 back on the table. Don't hand me $3.00 and just assume that I'm going to leave the change with my tip.
