I went to this terrible appleBs on a work trip. It just so happened to be near the hotel I was staying at so I figured I might as swell give it a gander. I already had a couple pops in me so it sounded like a good idea. Boy was I utterly wrong. It took me 30 minutes to get me a measly beer. The people working seemed like a bunch of clowns yelling shawtaaaay and all kinds of jazz. I didn't know what was going on. I finally got my chicken fingers after and unbelievable 40 minutes. When I looked at my first chicken wing,I could've swore "shawty" spit on it. Being the savage I am I quickly dipped it into my sweet baby rays BBQ sauce and carried on. Holy smokes was that chicken nugget was under cooked. We left shortly after as a began to puke in the parking lot. I barely made back to my hotel room where I pissed out of my sphincter for 2 hours. Never felt so bad in my life. I thought I might of had the modelo virus after that. Would not recommended. Service was shitty but who we did the girl have a big'o'ol booty who was working. I will never go back to this store ever again. This is our second time we had issues with this location. We ordered online, it stated our order would be ready for curbside pickup at 8:36 pm. NOT!! No employee came out to curbside. CURBSIDE??? There is no curbside service. I eventually went in the restaurant to see what was going on with my order. No one ever gave me an explanation to what was going on with my order. They only thing that I was told, was they don't have pecans. Ask for a refund and the lady said ok but went to the kitchen and stayed another 15 minutes. She came back out and gave me my food. Never mentioned my refund for the items that was out of stock. Also came out to my truck and told me to come back in the restaurant. She went back to the kitchen and stayed for about 5 minutes and brung my other part of my order. Need new management and employees. The employees walk around like their all on break. Where is the owner?? Or district manager or regional manager?? I'm surprised this place is still open. read more

As soon as I entered the establishment, I knew it would be a bad experience. It was unbearably hot the moment I stepped in, to the point where my underarms were damp. I looked past this though, as other people seemed comfortable. Then, it took us about 10 minutes to get seated, even though there were a lot of open seats in the restaurant. When walking towards my table, I noticed that the ground was just absolutely filthy with crumbs and garbage. Nonetheless we pushed on, a mistake. Food out of a can would have been better. It was so disappointing to look around at the table and see my family's miserable faces because of how disgusting the food was. Furthermore, my mom was even feeling queasy from both the heat and horrible food, so she had to step out of the restaurant. I will never go to this Applebee's again. read more

This place has continuously gone down hill, never fails to disappoint when it comes to bad service , poor food and a menu that they always seem to be out of half the items on it. Time for another corporate take over to get it back in shape. Which usually lasts for about 6 months . The manager has no idea how to manage a restaurant and bar. read more

Horrible customer service skills. We waited 29 minutes before being acknowledged . The only reason that happened was because my husband asked for the manager. Then we were told that we were seated in an area that no one was serving. And this was the reason no one acknowledged us. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Decided to give this place a chance AGAIN.... I won't go back. I sat there 15 minutes and no one not even the manager ask me if I wanted something to drink. I was sitting at the bar which is where you normally get the best service. No bar tender on duty around 5pm. I won't go back. Their air conditioning worked, but that was about it. Employees sure didn't! Rude service! Didn't have ingredients for an item on the menu and they are located in walking distance to a Kroger and a Super Walmart. This Applebee's has the look of being recently redesigned and the curb appeal brought me in. It was a Friday night and I expected to be on a waiting list but was pleasantly surprised to see many available tables and servers. I should have tempered my happiness. The hostess was slow to acknowledge the single customer ahead of me and with his own encouragement was able to steer the hostess to a table. I experienced the same issue. I am pretty sure the division of labor is supposed to be the other way around. The waitress was largely disengaged, slow to bring water and tableware, and needed to be flagged down from her socializing with an off-duty employee, now customer, to take my order. I was in no particular hurry but I definitely sympathized with the other customers who were also not being served. The order was exactly as requested and thankfully it was delivered by the kitchen staff. The party continued between the servers and a variety of off-duty and former employees to the detriment of the paying customers with several doing their level best to hold a civil tongue. The manager made several appearances through the dining room and on at least two occasions, summoned all servers into the back where they were loudly chastised. That drew more than few looks between customers but really did not change anything. Anarchy was just around the corner. My bill was accurate and I took a few leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. It only took three requests for a small carryout box. Two final observations. The table was sticky and unstable. When customers departed, none of the tables were being wiped off. Gross. And, the bar area was being run like well-oiled machine. The two bartenders were attentive to their customers with drinks and food orders presented with precision and cheer. If given the choice, go for the bar and skip the dining room. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at an Applebee's... Save the waitress. She was awesome. But the food sucked and even she knew it and I could sense she felt bad about it. That's pretty sad. The steak I ordered, looked like it was the cheapest cut of meat leftover from some high school cafeteria. It came well done and frankly it looked like it had been boiled rather then grilled. It had no flavor and as I started to eat it I heard others around me complain of the same issues. It's almost enough to put me off Applebee's entirely, but I know it's an fluke. But I will never return to this location and would warn anyone to avoid it. read more

I should have paid attention to the reviews on here. It tool several minutes before a waitress cane to my take than even more time before my beer arrived. While I was waiting for my beer I saw a table of four get up and leave without ordering. Even though I ordered, I was tempted to leave. Just as I had that thought my beer arrived. This is my FIRST EVER REVIEW. I usually come on here to check out hilarious reviews but this review is very serious on how shitty of service I received. My brother and I were traveling from DC and needed a place to eat. We stopped at this Applebee's and it's the worst mistake I've ever made. We walked in and was seated without a menu. The server was wearing headphones and did not have any Applebee's apparel on and approached us asking if we needed something. Didn't even know she worked there to begin with. My beer was flat and not even remotely cold. We got 3 appetizers, the wings which were terribly cold, the Caesar salad which had to have been made by a group of teenagers in home education class(it didn't even have ANY sauce on it let alone Caesar), and the chicken quesadillas which came out 10 minutes after the other two and were not great either. We ordered a steak and a burger and was kept being told our food would be out any minute. After 45 minutes I asked to see the manager since we had been there for over an hour now. The manager blamed it on only having one cook? I told her that as the manager it was her job to have the proper staffing. There were. EIGHT servers to ONE cook and place maybe had 5 filled tables it was completely ludicrous. After I talked with her I told her I would pay for my beers that I drank but would NOT pay for my food after how terrible the appetizers were. She said ok and sent the server to pick up my card and this lady actually came back with my steak 10 minutes later and didn't even bring my brothers burger and told me her server was down and couldn't process my payment . I told her to bring her manager back over and after 10 minutes no one came to pick up my card to pay for my alcohol so we left. My brother and I have been questioning not only this Applebee's, but the City of West Memphis after the TERRIBLE service we received hahahaha. This place is a joke but if you honestly want to see how terrible people can be served please go to this Applebee's, I can promise you will not be let down read more

This Applebees is located just off the Interstate thus it is easy to get to and from if you are traveling. We were pleasantly greeted by a nice hostess who seated us immediately. There were several specials on the menu and we opted to order the $20 for two meal which included an appetizer and two entrees. There were several entrees choices all of which seemed good. Ordered the spinach and artichoke cheese dip and it was delicious. Severed very quickly and with loads of chips. The steak we ordered was small however we did not want that much for dinner. The steak was cooked exactly as we had ordered. Came with an assortment of fresh steamed vegetables and a baked potato. Our waiter was excellent and checked on us several times during the meal. read more

I gave this establishment my business approximately six times before I completely stopped visiting. I was very unhappy with the service and decided to try getting food to go. Don't do it! The staff could care less about making sure that you're served in a timely manner (you'll wait over 30 mins). The menu and tables are half cleaned. The staff sit around you at tables and gossip. The to go service is VERY slow. Your order will say it will be ready in about 20 mins, but be prepared to wait at least 45. The management will also side with the horrible staff. I have eaten at a number of Applebee's across the country and as a chain they do a pretty good job. Today I had the soup and sandwich combination with French Onion soup & French dip sliders. The soup was just OK, not served hot enough. The sliders were small and not anything to rave about. Service was fast and friendly. I'll go back for lunch again. read more

The service was excellent, friendly and prompt unfortunately the food delivered below expectations. I ordered the new brisket stuffed enchilada's. What I got only barely resembled the menu and online menu pictures. Instead of 3 fully stuffed enchilladas, what I got were 3 rather flat tortilla shells without much filling that were barely higher than the sauces they were smothered in. Ordered food from Applebee's today through Door Dash, and all I can say is that I'm severely disappointed. First, I ordered the fiesta chicken which is to come with rice and pico de gallo. When we received our order, there was no rice or pico de gallo. We called Applebee's and they said they were out of rice. So you're telling me that I still have to pay the full amount and you're not going to attempt to substitute it with another side? Great customer service and problem solving. Secondly, my fiancé ordered the 4 cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. He said the Mac and cheese was watered down and there was just a little bit of sauce thrown on the chicken strips. He said the best part of his meal was the bread stick. Lastly, we ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and lets just say, I would have rather gone to Sonic. Needless to say, I will not be coming back or order from Applebee's again and will tell others to stay away as well. read more

Worse experience ever. When me and my family walk in, my wife ask one of the service guys were do you go she go to ask for take out. He looked at her crazy and she ask him again. He looked at her crazy again and he rudely pointed. We waited 50 minutes to get our food, & the employees... Well, I ask three of them we're is the restroom? Two of them ignore me and walk away. The third one tried to walk away. As I was about to snap to the employee, a customer that was eating had to tell me where it is.
