She is VERY thorough and gave me strict instructions to help my sweet girl feel better. She was so down to earth and just so sweet to my baby. If I am sick and my primary care doctor is booked I will be specifically asking to see Doctor Gowen. Thank you URGENT CARE OF COASTAL GEORGIA!!!

It seems the doctor has never heard of a "physical" and doesn't know how to do one. Upon arrival for my 10:15 appointment, there were at least a dozen people in the waiting room. I asked if I could come back once they got back on track with their appointments. They were very rude and refused my request. They said I would have to reschedule. Well, I have taken an extra day off because your doctor made a mistake and did not do what she should have at my daughters annual checkup, so maybe be a little more courteous. Doctors offices all have wait times but this place takes it to another level. We once waited 4 hours for a scheduled appointment. That is unacceptable! And the fact that the office staff is unapologetic and rude just makes matters worse. Get it together your incompetence is unacceptable!
