I'm not exactly sure what happened. I'm just left confused. I went on the AppleOne website, updated profile on Monday on 1/27/25. I had scheduled an interview, but it was for the wrong office. The website wanted me to go to riverside.I don't go to that office. I went to a job fair on 1/28/25 & got a business card from Kallysta. I called on the 29th of January to ask about changing the interview because I don't go to Riverside. My interview was scheduled on zoom for January 31st. Then the last minute I got a phone call. I can tell by the tone that the interview was being canceled, but I still asked. "Are you canceling my zoom interview?" "Yes. We have your resume." What? Is this a common practice? We called and asked if this agency could help my young-adult son find work, the job market on Indeed is so bad. They said yes of course, have him complete everything online and schedule an appointment. He goes through the online hoops, makes the next-day appointment, and nothing - no email confirmation, no call, and the website says they won't see anyone in person. So after no contact from Apple One up to his appointment time, he calls and inquires and is told his apt isn't yet valid bc the person he was assigned to isn't there, and tells him they'll call him to reschedule. Then he calls again after not hearing back from anyone. Again he is told to hold on and wait for a returned call, they have issues on their end, and they will get back to him that day. Been almost a week now, no communication from Apple One whatsoever. I had high hopes from the good reviews but they've completely dropped the ball and done nothing so far in this case. What a total waste of his time he could have spent seeking help elsewhere. read more

It has taken me a while to write this review. I didn't really feel the need to but it's been bugging me! Debra acted like she wanted to help me and even apologized for setting me up with a job with a less than ethical employer. She agreed with me that she didn't set me up with the right company and that it wasn't a great fit. She apologized and acted concerned and acted like she was on my side. Before this time she set me up with decent jobs and I had good rapport with all of the temp jobs. But the last one was a bad apple! Then after this job she stopped sending me jobs. All because she set me up with this horrible company. She doesn't care about you she just cares for her commission and making money off these employers. Almost 2 years ago I reached out to AppleOne for the first time because I was desperately in need of a career change. I didn't know what I wanted to do or what field I wanted to work in. Your company did nothing to help me find a job, never contacted me when I inquired about the emails about jobs sent to me, and sent me one interview a couple days after I signed up and then I never heard from anyone again about anything except for your BS job lead emails that are completely pointless because you don't follow up with people when they inquire about them. People have asked me about apple one because they knew I submitted all my info to you, and I will them not to waste their time because you simply don't care, have terrible customer service and you don't respond to people who are looking for work. I'm updating my AppleOne review because they're not as helpful as they pretend to be. When I first signed up, Paul was my designated scout and there was all this promise of finding me job opportunities. He even did a Star Week interview with other staffers to help place me. Paul kept getting in contact with me to give them 5 star reviews on Yelp and Google, so I did because I was hopeful they'd get me a job. After the reviews, they offered me one job opportunity which I couldn't take, and then, absolutely nothing. THAT WAS A YEAR AGO. I called again a few weeks ago as I'm looking for some work and thought maybe I'd have better luck this time. I've worked with AppleOne in the past, back in Orange County and it was great! I was working consistently, with job opportunities offered almost weekly. Fast forward to now, I've called 4 times, resent my resume per request by Beverly (said she would forward it to Paul) and emailed Paul myself. It's been about a month now and I haven't received a call from anyone or a response to my email. I have a very strong resume and outgoing attitude, so this is beyond disappointing. I do NOT want a call after you see this review AppleOne-Temecula. I am no longer interested in working with your location. Im convinced the only reason you have high ratings is because you hound people with the promise of job opportunities and then cease efforts when they do their reviews. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location. read more

I've been reading reviews online about this place. Apparently some people have been very successful with landing a job through this temp agency (this includes a close friend of mine who encouraged me to apply). I really don't know what they did and how they got in (actually I do know how my friend got in, but I won't go into that...). I guess the economy is so bad that they have too many applicants and not enough positions. One job coach confessed to me that some of the positions that they periodically e-mail applicants are actually "ghost" positions that don't really exist...interesting, and if this is true, it would explain a lot. I've "joined" Appleone since...gosh, I don't remember, but I do know it was sometime in the spring of 2010 (April or May). As of this writing, it is October 2010, and I've yet to receive an assignment. I have constantly updated my status with them. I'm not asking for a lot of money, and I definitely have clerical experience. So why am I not being placed anywhere? I strongly recommend anyone who is still waiting on Appleone to join another temp agency. I actually did do that this past summer and la-ti-da, I have had 2 assignments from them since (and am currently wrapping up this second assignment). Things are definitely tough this time of year, and you have to squeeze out as many options as you possibly can. If the economy wasn't so bad, I would simply say to not use Appleone's services because their customer service is garbage and if you do try to call, they always give you the run-around. Like I said, I know things are tight and many people are desperate, but I've experienced much better, HONEST CS than this place. read more

AppleOne is probably one of the most supportive staffing agencies I have gone through. LaMay and Debra were very friendly when they interviewed me. I was interviewed by them last Friday, (10/4/2013) and they quickly identified a position I was perfect for. Today is Monday and I was set up by Debra for an interview. I showed up and walked out with a job offer with the most chill company I could ever work for. And the best part? I start tomorrow, Tuesday. I love that they not only matched me up according to skills, but also according to personality. As a recent college graduate with no real experience, it's really hard to find a job where you can actually use your degree. The site has a couple of catches that I didn't notice. The agency is by appointment only. The second is that even though the web page states the location is open @ 730 the actual agents do not get in until a quarter to nine. I am a college grad with a lot to offer. Shame this agencies staff cant see past their own upward noses. The first red flag was when the manager asked where I heard of the agency. I knew the manager wanted a name that would get me preferential treatment. Since I failed to provide that name and stated I had heard of the agency from the internet I was quickly shown the door. This agency was very click oriented and not walk in friendly. The second red flag was the way the agents will call from blocked numbers. I dont answer calls from blocked numbers as a rule. So now I am in a phone tag game that is obviously a tactic to encourage me to stop pursuing this agency. Staffing agencies are a dime a dozen and this one fails to impress. read more
