The laundry room have NO a/c, so when you're washing clothes, you're hot! There's NO ceiling fan/light in the bedrooms. The office suggest for you to buy a "LAMP". Strict rules in lease, be sure you read full lease before signing. RENT is affordable but still high!

We had only 1 working restroom at one point because the toilet was broken and never ordered. Didn't have access to our mail for a few weeks because they replaced the mailboxes. And had the mail "in a secure location". Complex stays dark because the outside lights need changed constantly and go days without being taken care of. Our apt flooded Early Sept. Carpet was ruined and some of the wall. We couldn't stay here for 2-3 weeks and they didn't even attempt to put us in a motel or even a vacant apt. Even though I have an email where they stated they had one. Carpet was eventually replaced and wall Partially repaired. They never came and finished it. People are allowed to have thier pets relieve themselves on their porch and it drips down to bottom apt. The back part of the complex is littered with trash and dog feces. The office staff is rude and complaining to the regional mgr doesn't do any good. Breezeway lights are always out so the complex is dark. Dog park is never cleaned. If you're one of the unfortunate ones to have an apt close to it I suggest you don't leave your back door open. Pool is always closed. You are charged once a year for grounds keeping that doesn't get done. We decided not to renew our lease and get out of there. They can't keep office staff or maintenance it's always changing. When the pool is open there is always people partying there with loud music and drinking. You're charged for valet trash but they don't pick up more than half the time. Your rent goes up if you choose to renew your lease yet new renters get a cheaper rate. Biggest regret is moving here in the 1st place. Read the previous reviews and make your own choice but I would recommend a different place. You can get a much nicer place somewhere else.

There is high turn over at these apartments for a reason , stay away ! Also if people start moving in they will raise the prices and charge new tenants more . He was very kind and helpful when showing me around and getting me an apartment. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable! A lot of apartments have rude managers and workers but he is such a good person! I'm glad we stayed here . The space of the apartment is also a big plus!

Since Samantha decided to respond underneath my comment in further detail. My issue isn't because of the towing or the contract. It's the way Samantha takes pride in the fact that the tenants do not know the towing policy and are therefore subject to their vehicles being towed. And instead of updating the tenants (as I assume a proper property manager would do), she decided to block my attempt to warn my neighbors of the situation. She stated that my comment was negative. There are so many things wrong with my townhome that should have been done in the make ready, but all i've heard is excuses. The maintenance has already been here about 4 times since we've lived here because it gets between 78-80 degrees in here!! My daughter is 1.5 and shouldn't be sweating but the manger and regional could care less because they don't have to live in these conditions. They do not update anything, just take your money and say they don't have any to update which is total bullshit. We don't deserve to live in a place where we sweat all day, me being at home majority of everyday!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! I have stains all over the carpet in here from previous renters and the bathroom sink vanity party is covered in some pink stained nasty stuff. This apartment wasn't even cleaned when we moved in and we have had ROACHES in this nasty place!!!! The managers won't even work with you to get out of a lease just say sorry and still take your money even though you are unhappy but they don't care because it isn't them!!! They told me to skip out of my lease (break it) What kind of management says that!!! This place should be closed down or sold to weidner property management because at least they work with you!!!! Adding onto this: We moved in on a friday at 4PM and didn't have near enough time to turn in our inspection sheet/Walk through paper of the apartment. The lady in the office said turn it in by 5:30 PM which was crazy. We didn't have enough time to see if the freon cooled the apartment a long with other things because we have a 1.5 year old and needed to unload the U-haul. We haven't even lived here 4 weeks and maintenance has been out at least 4 time to fill up freon in our AC but management said there isn't anything wrong with it, there must be because filling it up that much is unheard of. It's just to keep the air blowing in this townhome cool. RIDICULOUS!!! Management would rather make you live here even if you are angry and they will take your money instead of letting you out of your lease and cutting ties,,, it's a trap if you move here.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
