Its extremely hard to get ahold of the front office and most times they will not respond back to what you tried reaching them for in the first place. There was a period of time where night car break ins was regular and our downstairs neighbor threatened us (multiple times and police were called) and was extremely confrontational the whole time we lived here. Don't risk it. We lived here 3 years and it was a headache the whole time. Water was always off for whatever reason, we were with Out water for almost 2 months simply because a valve wasn't turned back on after a repair. requests for pest control went unanswered. Even thou you are charged for it.Partical board cabinets leave a dusty mess. You constantly have to sweep up. My Dishwasher broke and it took 3 mos to get a new one. We had only 1 working restroom at one point because the toilet was broken and never ordered. Didn't have access to our mail for a few weeks because they replaced the mailboxes. And had the mail "in a secure location". Complex stays dark because the outside lights need changed constantly and go days without being taken care of. Our apt flooded Early Sept. Carpet was ruined and some of the wall. We couldn't stay here for 2-3 weeks and they didn't even attempt to put us in a motel or even a vacant apt. Even though I have an email where they stated they had one. Carpet was eventually replaced and wall Partially repaired. They never came and finished it. People are allowed to have thier pets relieve themselves on their porch and it drips down to bottom apt. The back part of the complex is littered with trash and dog feces. The office staff is rude and complaining to the regional mgr doesn't do any good. Breezeway lights are always out so the complex is dark. Dog park is never cleaned. If you're one of the unfortunate ones to have an apt close to it I suggest you don't leave your back door open. Pool is always closed. You are charged once a year for grounds keeping that doesn't get done. We decided not to renew our lease and get out of there. They can't keep office staff or maintenance it's always changing. When the pool is open there is always people partying there with loud music and drinking. You're charged for valet trash but they don't pick up more than half the time. Your rent goes up if you choose to renew your lease yet new renters get a cheaper rate. Biggest regret is moving here in the 1st place. Read the previous reviews and make your own choice but I would recommend a different place. You can get a much nicer place somewhere else. read more

Very bad experience. No one ever answers the phone or answers their email. They are hardly ever in office so contacting in person is also rarely an option. We overpaid our rent in June 2024 and it is now January 2025, 7 months later, and we have STILL have not received ANY kind of information about the refund from ANYONE and have not received our overpaid rent back. We have emailed the manager Lili Nieto and Amanda that work there and they do not give us any information or work towards resolving this matter. read more

TERRIBLE service! Good luck if you can get anyone to answer the phone OR have someone in the office. I've had two scheduled appointments, only to be there for an hour past my scheduled time, waiting for someone to show up or answer the phone. It took someone 3 hours to call back the first missed appointment, and they made a new appointment with us and ensured someone would be in the office for our next appointment, only for us to wait another hour past the scheduled time with no word from them this time. My husband and I took off work to be there for both appointments, which is now making us lose money by taking time out of our jobs to work around their times. I do not recommend the brady station apartments if you are trying to find a place. NO ONE IS EVER THERE TO DO THEIR JOB. if I could put 0 I would, parking lot always has trash, there is dog poop I the grass almost every where you walk. the Fido trash is always full and there is never any bags. The back side of th complex 53 rd is always loud and dirty. I don't understand how a package goes missing, from inside the office, they scan it first than give a to you. How does my box be giving to someone else when I signed for it, but wrong box. These are old (read OLD) apartments, and with older apartments comes old plumbing, older less efficient AC/Heat units, single pane windows and old substandard insulation that will cost you more than a newer complex. Are you a mechanic? This might be a great place for you. I've seen people work on 18 wheeler tractors in the parking lot by the post office, I seen people do brake jobs and oil changes in the parking lot by Bottoms-UP, I've seen people replace bumpers, fenders and hoods in the parking lot and some of them don't even pick up their left overs when they are done. The cabinets are made from old press board and is falling apart from water/sewer/? intrusion (plumbing problems). Parking is an issue most of the time. Most people have multiple cars and think they need to have them all parked closest to their/your apt. keep in mind these "extra" cars don't move very often, if ever. I have seen cars parked with flat tire for months in the same place. This means you will need to park farther away just because management wont be bothered with this small issue. Trash debris in the alcoves and in the parking lots, yes this is West Texas, the wind blows but someone should at least try and pick up the trash that accumulates alcoves and in the parking lot. Theft and vandalism is also an issue, I have personally had my vehicle broke into once and someone shot a BB gun BB at my passenger window. I have talked with other residents who have had similar issues and management when told has the "what do you want us to do" attitude. On the upside they have had a few coats of paint spread on them to make them look nice from the in & outside and "some" of the 80's style carpet has been replaced with "wood like" vinyl flooring. So with that said, If you are low on funds, have low expectations or a mechanic, this may be a good fit for you. NOTE: 1. Please don't rent any apt. that is close to the car wash or Bottoms-Up restaurant, the noise will keep you up or wake you up. Again keep in mind these are old apartment with very old and substandard insulation and single pane windows, you here everything. 2. If you do rent here get an upstairs apartment, that way you have less of a chance of coming back to a flooded apartment due to your neighbors putting grease down their sinks plugging up the drain lines. If I could give zero stars I would. Very unorganized and don't call you back when they say they will. I applied for a 3 month lease and they requested a current bank statement showing how much money I have and make, as well as my 2015 tax return and I told them I wanted to pay for the apartment and deposit all cash up front just to secure the place and they made me pay $150 NON-REFUNDABLE "application fee" and that they would call me in 20 minutes after they screen me. I've NEVER been evicted, don't have any criminal record, and have good credit and ZERO debt and after I hassled them for two days to give me an answer they finally called me back and said I was DENIED after the $150 check had cleared (of course, right?) If I could give a zero star review, I would. I lived here for 5 years until last November (2012). This place is horrible especially the office staff. They were good in the beginning but that changed as time went by. When I first moved in (back in 2007), my rent was about $760 for a two bed room/ two bath apartment. By the time I moved out in 2012, I was paying $1,128 per month for the same apartment. If you're going to pay that kind of money for rent, I would go with one of the newer apartments in town or buy a house. I found out, towards the time I moved out, that residents were being over charged more than they should. When I asked the office staff about it, they just said they charge whatever the market price is. Ok, if that's the case, then why do they not do a better job maintaining the property. The parking lots are horrible, the buildings are falling apart, and they only have one maintenance guy on staff. Any time I put in a work order request, it would take over a month to fulfill that one request. The office staff just told me that they only had one guy on staff and he was behind on his schedule. Ok, so hire more people for that staff. With what they charge for rent, you'd think they were pulling in enough money to hire more maintenance workers. Also, the office staff turnover rate was horrible. Every few months, there'd be a new "sherif" in town. These office workers do not communicate with each other so the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I could talk to one person in the office and get one answer and then get a totally different answer from another staff person. Oh, and anytime you call their corporate office, they don't call you back. The housing market in Odessa is horrible especially apartments. Brady Station, as well as all the apartments aren't hurting for customers but they're unjustified in the prices they charge for rent. People are desperate for housing in Odessa, and Odessa is finally putting up new apartments. The bad thing is the rent is way higher than a house mortgage. It's absolutely ridiculous. I think all the apartments in Odessa push people around but if you absolutely have to rent, avoid Brady Station apartments. Either pay less for a mediocre apartment or pay more for a brand new one. Or, just buy a house. read more

I think the apartments are just fine. Lived here going on two years now and I am good with it. Yes the rents are high in Odessa but Brady is no higher than anywhere else and it is in a good area. I feel safe walking around here. The economy dictates the prices here and everything is high here. I have had no problem with Brady staff or office personnel. Yes it is hard to find and keep help here but that is the culture of this area. This area is a transient part of Texas, mostly due to the oil fields surrounding here and the lack of jobs in cities like El Paso. I like Brady but not the town. You can also pay your rent online and that is a big help for someone that travels like myself. True they have only one maintenance man but my requests were filled in a day or so. I went in yesterday 1/11/16. Around 2:30 Trying to see if I could get a two bedroom. The lady at the front desk was talking to two other ladies. She was going to show them a unit. They got up and can you believe this lady that works for Brady station looked at me and kept walking out the door. Not even a "hold on ma'am" or "I'll be right with you" so I left the office. Now I'm happily renting with summertree apartments. Don't go to Brady station. I think the reviews are right. Customer service is so poor. I hope nobody has to go through this. read more
