A few black lights (only on in half the place) had no effect. No dj, just music playing. Mostly good, but I'm 50... not any current music, which I think the kids would like. The lanes are good. We had no issues. Sadly, the pizza was cheap frozen pizza quality for $$. Thin, tough crust, very little cheese, and a hint of burnt taste like the pizza oven needed cleaning. Nothing like Kingpin pizza I love and expected from AshBowl. It felt like the cosmic bowlers got a different pizza than bar patrons. Pretzle was big and tasty, though a bit expensive. Food delivered by a robot catc was awesome. Didn't interact with staff much, but they were nice.

We arrived for my son's bowling tournament to find our we had a flat tire. I also found out my jack and kit were not in my vehicle. We live an hour and a half away so clearly this was not a good situation. I came in asking for help. One gal called her friend who has the same vehicle make as myself to see if her kit had the right tools. She arrived and sadly did not. Then the manager Steven came out several times, even ran home to try and find what we needed to change our tire. (We needed a specific tool to lower the spare down, dang mopar problems).After many attempts he was sadly unsuccessful. At the end of the day we called roadside assistance and they got us on the road again. These folks all went way above and beyond for us and need to let them know how much we appreciate them!!!

Today with the help of a Groupon, the kids were able to do more than they are normally allowed to do. They bowled, had a few turns on the laser maze and jumped in the inflatables. The laser maze and bowling get zero complaints from me. However, The inflatables gets 1 star- the inflatables themselves are great, but... The absolutely ridiculous turf, they stupidly put down in a children's play area.... I cant even! There are these black pellets all over the place "for your comfort and safety" Let me tell you my child's bloody murder screams from the pellet in his eye, that refused to come out, and the over 15 minutes he spent crying in pain on the bathroom floor, to his now probably scratched cornea... safety and comfort are not exactly the words that crossed my mind. There were a lot of swear words that did, however. This definitely ruined my son's fun. I really do not understand the point of this material being added. It is definitely not safe. I will not be back (for the inflatables) for this reason specifically. I would also recommend parents go to other inflatable entertainment facilities we have in the area. Everything here is pretty costly. As a parent I cant afford to bring my kids here often. But they do have fun when they go. The campsites have no privacy and are on top of each other. The septic truck started servicing the area at 7am Saturday morning and was extremely loud. It sounded like a tornado warning alarm. They have a 2 night minimum for camping at about $60/night so our total trip cost was $137 after fees and such. It was so loud. The river tubing line got so backed up in went to the river and back around. They raised the price to tube down the river to $26/person + a cooler tube. I might come back for a day trip, but certainly wouldn't return to camp here, too expensive for the noise and lack of privacy. The campfire doesn't have a grate, our fire pit had batteries in it upon arrival, before starting a fire we thought we had taken all the batteries out, only to start our fire and experience one explode which was very scary.
