The process could not have been easier. Yes, there are two up front fees, An appraisal fee, and a court fee. But when they saved us $4,000.00 in taxes, the fees were very small by comparison. They were always available to take my phone calls. The appraiser that they used was professional and used his photography skills to best showcase our desire to lower our property taxes.
