After 3 months, we dug it up and took it back. We were told that it was last years stock, and there is no guarantee on sale items. It would have been nice if we were told that when we purchased the shrub, since if we had known they sell plants that are not alive, why would we have bought it. I have NEVER purchased a plant that did not live in my life, until we went to Van Zeeland's. Obviously, I will never go back again to purchase over priced, no guarantee stock from them.

So far they've been great for us. The most recent example was today. I had spent the entire morning trying to get our sump pump to work, and had tried everything to thaw the pipes. I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was the pump itself that was having issues, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had someone sent out same day to take a look. I believe his name was John and he was excellent. Super friendly and knew his stuff for sure. In the end it did turn out to simply be frozen pipes, but John took care of it, and not to mention had to work outside on the coldest day we've had in a long time. Excellent job, Sure-Dry, keep up the great work!

Called Bucklin - gentleman came out the next day assessed the situation - gave me a quote - and they were back in two days. A small army came and dissected this huge tree in a matter of an hour - they pointed out and trimmed a couple other trees quickly - AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. They ground up everything on site, removed the stump. Fast, efficient, polite - PROS I wish I would have video recorded it. HIGHLY recommend!
