It gave the option of ground floor or 3rd floor and higher. He said, "I'm sorry my shoulder hurts, we have to reschedule." So we rescheduled for a different day, and when they arrived this time, they removed the old fridge (scratching our newly painted walls in the process) and put it in their truck. The two delivery men had no equipment, no back braces, and no dolly. When they brought the new one to the door, they said it wouldn't fit, even though it was a few inches smaller than the previous one. We went back and forth with them, trying to figure out a way to make it fit, and it was clear they hated their jobs. One of them even said "I hate this fucking job." At one point he got on the phone with his manager and cursed him out as well. In the end they took the new fridge and the old fridge, leaving all of our fridge and freezer food without a place to go. We called the company back, and they weren't able to help us. So we canceled our order and asked for a refund.

There repair company Flash & Cv Appliance Repair is beyond horrible. Cancelled appointments, failed to show up, never shows up in the time frame appointed. It is not just late but five or six hours late. They said their tech's vehicle broke down, but never called. I finally called at 4:30 pm. The last time the tech said the washer was leaking, but no water on the floor. I complained the soap dispenser did not open. He said it was not suppose to open on cheap machines. What I like about Famous Tate is that it is small enough to not wander around like you would in Lowe's or Home Depot. This is a specialized store, so I don't have to filter though all the stuff I don't need to find the dishwasher I do. The sales people are so friendly and readily available. My sales person is Napoleon, but Bob is great too and has helped out my parents. They give you time to look at stuff. There is no high pressure tactics, but when you have questions they are right there to answer them rather than waiting while they call someone over the intercom. Due the pandemic, many items have been out of stock due to supply chain issues. I walked in, told Napoleon what I wanted and he walked me right to the ones that were available. I didn't have to wait for him to pour through a computer to say, yes we have this, no we don't. Delivery is fast and convenient. They will even haul away your old stuff which is great. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I bought something from them 2 years ago and it broke. It had a manufacturers warranty so I called them up and they were easily able to find my receipt and email it to me so I could send it to the manufacturer who then promptly fixed my item. Overall, a great and personal shopping experience.

I like this South Florida Home Depot- it's consistently busy but doesn't feel overwhelming or overstimulating like some store locations. This is a place I come to for most of my plant needs and it's always fun walking around their outdoor area. One of the older men that works there is just a charm. I wish I had gotten his name, but he's a veteran and just happy to be there- you can't help but smile because of him. With all Home Depot's I do wish their prices overall were just a little lower. But maybe in hindsight that's not such a bad thing or else I'd go more often and walk out with more items and a lighter bank account. I guess that's just how it goes.

We found out from LeAnn in the Brooksville, Florida store the bed frame needed to be put on carpet to keep the legs on good footing. This was not stated at the time of the sale and is not in any of the literature. Badcock replaced the broken parts. The frame is unsteady, and we have a tile floor for a reason. They knowlingly sold us a bed frame that was unsteady and defective. My back cannot handle another bed bread in the middle of the night. They have since threatened our credit because we are not going to pay for the junk they sold us. Buyer Beware. Customer Loyalty means nothing to Badcock.
