Vladimir was excellent. He was the first to respond to my Yelp repair quote request at 9pm on a Friday night. He was patient in answering my questions in advance so I knew what to expect, and was able to schedule a repair visit the next day. He was clear with communication and on time for visit. He even put on shoe covers when he entered my home! He was able to repair my washing machine with a quicker, cheaper, less extensive repair when I had anticipated a more costly extensive repair would be needed. He knew what I anticipated the repair to be and was honest enough to fix with the easier/less expensive fix rather than say he had to do the more expensive repair. He was also honest enough to share what he anticipated the next break to be and if that happened in the future it would not be worth the cost to repair- but would be better to replace the machine at that point. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Will recommend to others and use again if needed. read more

Great service!!! When I sent a request for refrigerator service, Vladimir answered quickly and was available multiple times in the following days. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and even walked me through the issue--a clogged condensation line--as he fixed it (giving me a chance to learn how to fix it should the problem happen again). When fixing the refrigerator, he saw that some of the shelves in the doors were cracked; without my asking, he took the time to look up the correct parts numbers and he put them on my invoice so that I can buy replacements on Amazon where such parts are cheaper, though still far too expensive (thanks Samsung). Vladimir--who runs his own small business--is fast, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'll call him again the next time for sure. read more

Although the visit unfortunately did not result in a repair for us, we truly appreciated his honesty and expertise. Unlike other appliance repair companies that charge a ridiculous amount just to show up, LocalPro charged a very fair price for the visit. That level of integrity and transparency is hard to find. Excellent response from the Khloe (scheduler) and Tech Nikita. Our standing freezer was not working properly. Khloe promptly scheduled an appointment and Nikita showed up as promised. He thoroughly checked the freezer, found what was wrong with it and fix it right away. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with it, gave me a fair price and, most importantly, had the equipment/ parts needed (in his car) to fix the problem. He was done within an hour!
