My…read moremother lived with us for about two years and destroys washers well she destroys a lot of appliances. On the first wash she had coins in her pants which got jammed into the barrel, the second wash she had a pin there was size of a diaper pin that ripped through the front loader gasket and we lived with this for about a year or two until it got so bad that it was almost flooding that area of the garage. Replacing it was stupid it is at three year old washer. So I looked around on the local Yellow Pages on my Internet and found these guys. Local company privately owned, was what I was looking for. They are a husband and wife team and they get it done, and they get it done right. I highly recommend them! I am in the Green Cove Springs City , no problem getting them over here. These are not young bucks nor are we so we just have to separate the stackable, which is really the best thing we've ever done with our stackable's. The cat prefers the dryer lower he gets petted and I prefer the dryer lower because I can sit on a chair and pass from the washer into the dryer, turned out to just be a better experience than I ever thought.

The tech told me that he had to order the ice maker and that I would have to pay a deposit. I paid the deposit and they scheduled with me to come back on a Saturday to finish the repair. They never showed up so I called to see when they were coming. That is when they told me that the part was obsolete and that there was nothing they could do. I told them that they wasted my Saturday waiting for them to come to my house and that I wanted a refund of my deposit. They sais that would refund my money. i never got the refund even though I called many times. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

It seemed they were a little overpriced but we were willing to pay extra because it was supposed to be quality equipment, professional people, & warrantied equipment. We ended up getting 0 out of 3 on that one. We asked for delivery but when she found out that we lived on base, she said "the delivery guy wouldn't like having to go out there". Not our problem if we're paying for delivery. Delivery day comes & he's a no show all day. We called them to find out where he was & they gave us his number. Said that we needed to contact him. Not our job. We paid for delivery, they should contact him. I called him at 5pm because they wouldn't in order to find out where he was. I told him that we had clothes to wash, that they were going to mold because they're wet, & he laughed at me. He doesn't show until 7:30pm. We had to go meet him at the gate because he didn't have base access. We were not told this until he arrived. He was nice enough upon delivery. The dryer was broken & would not even start. I contacted Elizabeth the next morning & she said that it ran when it left the store, that they test all of their equipment. She stated that it was a problem on our end. It wasn't. It was a broken dryer. After speaking to my husband, she finally agreed to send another out to trade ours out. They didn't show up until 7:30pm the next night to trade them out. Because of everything that happened, Elizabeth reluctantly offered to extend the in-store warranty by 30 days. Ok, but we have no way to return the equipment to the store if there is a problem. She refused to refund any money. The washer began squeaking on spin cycle within 3 days. Instead of contacting them, which obviously was a dead end, we YouTubed it. From our research, it appeared to be a problem with the belt (all of this should have been replaced before they sold it). We bought a special oil to spray on it. We sprayed under the washer, where the belt is located, & it stopped squeaking. We see a new washer belt in our future. This is not a business looking out in the best interests of their customers. Obviously, they are looking to make a quick buck. Buyer beware - you have been warned by others & myself - not to do business with these people.

She sent us photos of the item before we came in and told us all the information we needed to make in informed decision. The price was the BEST around. They even have a 30 day part and labor warranty and a lifetime labor warranty (you bring the part) we are very happy with our decision to stop here.

Reviewed Refrigerator/ Freezer history and current issue [ice buildup on exterior of pullout freezer drawer]. Blaise set up an appointment for 1/28/26 @ 8:45 AM. 28 January - About 8:33 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise which indicated he was enroute, and should be arriving within about fifteen minutes. About 8:50 AM, Blaise arrived. We discussed our perceived issues and he examined the freezer drawer [Whirlpool refrigerator/ freezer]. After he examined the freezer drawer, he ensured the seal was functional and then reglued it to the freezer door. He then then ordered a replacement "rail support rod" for the freezer pullout door unit. Before his departure, he scheduled a return visit for Noon, Feb. 6, 2026, About 9:32 AM, Blaise departed the house. 6 February - About 8:26 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that a truck issue [nail in tire] will cause a delay in expected arrival. About 1:50 PM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that he was enroute, and would arrive in about an hour. About 3:15 PM, Blaise arrived. He quickly installed the new "rail support rod" for freezer pullout door unit. After checking that the installation was correct, he ensured that the pullout freezer drawer operated as expected. He also rechecked the freezer drawer seal, to ensure that it was still in place. About 3:40 PM, Blaise departed the house. Blaise is an exceptional service/ support representative for A-Aaron Appliance Service & Repair. He is: personable, professional, knowledgeable. They were a little bit late for my appointment but he kept me informed due to traffic which you can't fault in jacksonville. When he was outside he was able to troubleshoot the issue pretty quickly. They ordered the parts got them in two days and came back and installed it within 25 minutes. My Appliance works better than ever. Highly recommend.
