After a post fire investigation we were told the fire was started from loose connections to the element which was sparking that ignited the fire. After contacting STILLORGAN APPLIANCE REPAIR 2 times by phone and letter, they refuse to respond. THIS FIRE WAS A DIRECT RESULT OF STILLORGAN APPLIANCE REPAIR. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

My husband finally got the owner on the phone, who walked HIM through removing the front of the machine to pop the lock. Why don't those who were onsite know how to troubleshoot this? The staff are incredibly friendly and really make an effort to get stuff done on time for you. I went in with a duvet for cleaning in the midst of the water shortages when there was a huge backlog. I made a plea to get it back before the end of the week as my sister was coming to stay....the lady said she'd do her best. She did! Got a phone call on the Friday to say it was ready. Willing to haggle on price (within reason) and very pleasant to deal with. I should add that they made custom fitted wardrobes and cupboards for our house a few years ago which transformed our home and have been shown (over the years) to be of excellent build quality.
