We were very impressed with the installers, Jonah, Jose and Will, who did a superb job with installations. They were very meticulous and careful, paying close attention to all details. I was asked if I still wanted this machine, but NO I did not. The offer was to deliver it and then set up a repair date. I have dislocated shoulder, but now I am off to a laudromat to do three weeks worth of wash. I wanted to support local business, but this business is very unreliable and wanted to scam me into buying a defective machine. NO apologies, nothing - just deal with our incompetance. No offer either to take money off the machine or apologize and give me a 100-200 credit on a new machine. A good business practice would be to do that. Colton was very rude and I think at 3:45 when I received the call about the machine, they just wanted to leave. Horrible customer service. Again, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Technician showed up as scheduled, diagnosed a problem and then returned a few days later to do the repair. "You're all set!", he said as he left. There was no difference in my dishwasher's performance. I called back and left a voicemail asking for a repeat visit; no answer. I did this 4-5 times; still no answer. When I call now if doesn't even ring ...just hangs up. Did they actually block my number?! Totally disappointed with this. ...and they were not cheap.

The final price was as quoted and the whole experience was very smooth. He fixed my issue and even tried to help with a plumbing problem affecting the washer that I didn't even know I had. There is a $75 charge to come and take a look, and with parts and labor is still cheaper and more worthwhile to repair than get new appliances. Side note- we have been the only owners for them, so we know where they have been and what they have done. He is quick and also provides tips on how to keep your appliances in good condition.
