A few months later our combo microwave/oven had shut off unexpectedly, and we felt confident calling them again for this since we purchased all of our appliances from the store, and they recommended them. They came out a few times between the week of Thanksgiving in November-December 2025. First it was an electrical board issue- which they rerouted so we can use the oven. We were told they needed to order a part, and they'd call us to schedule once they received the part. The part came in, but it was wrong and the job couldn't be completed. They needed to order a new part. That was in Feb/March... again they came out in April, and still couldn't complete the job because the part was not right. Well now it's almost July, we still don't have a working microwave. No calls. No communication. Kyle, the repair tech was professional, and timely. No complaints on the guys who came to do the work. The company is not charging us for the extra repairs, so of course this has fallen on deaf ears and we have not heard from them in months. We have had to purchase another microwave and put it on our kitchen island because it's been 7-8 months without resolution.

I have dislocated shoulder, but now I am off to a laudromat to do three weeks worth of wash. I wanted to support local business, but this business is very unreliable and wanted to scam me into buying a defective machine. NO apologies, nothing - just deal with our incompetance. No offer either to take money off the machine or apologize and give me a 100-200 credit on a new machine. A good business practice would be to do that.
