He was very helpful and we opted to have Joshua (owner) come to our house for an evaluation. Joshua arrived on time and provided great customer service. He explained our options in a way that we understood. We selected the replacement option. Joshua brought the unit same day and installed it, since had it in his inventory. Our old unit had been discontinued. He provided Cental Vac training 101 to us, so we knew how to change filters and attach the hoses. He was very patient and friendly. Excellent customer service.
