I moved into our new home this past Fall and had an issue with our ice maker. Called for an appt. and Mario came half an hour earlier. :) He defrosted the ice maker and said if in a few months it ices up again then it is the insulation of the Samsung frig not the ice maker. Well the ice maker is frozen again so I called and Mario said he cannot fix it. He said every few months i have to defrost it myself for it to work again. So nice of him to be honest and not just come out and charge me to defrost it. He recommends getting a GE Frig as he said they are the best. Thank you Mario for your honesty!
