Dan Carpenter did a wonderful job for us in fixing our ailing 2008 Kenmore refrigerator freezer ! First of all we have to compliment him on his wonderful customer service ! I left a message on Yelp for him and even though it was on the weekend he returned my call within approximately 10 minutes ! And he came right away, first thing Monday morning to accommodate my PT appointment and the fact that I was worried about not having the freezer available ​ for cold packs for my husband's surgery later in the week . He did a great job figuring out the problem very quickly and ​ then fixed the problem in about an hour even though the repairs required moving the refrigerator out of a very tight spot ~ and besides being very professional and doing a great job on repairs, he's a very nice person! I live in East Wakefield NH, on a dirt road. It is very difficult to get a decent let alone amazing contractor/repair person to come to the house. I didn't even leave a message on a Sunday when I called. He called me back with caller id within an hour. We made an appointment for a day I could not be there. My neighbor let him in, and within fifteen minutes he diagnosed the issue with my dryer. He fixed it, called me and did not over charge me or play games. This company in now in my phone permanently. I googled to find an appliance repair company, and Appliance Remedy came up. we called he was here with in a day of the phone call.. he came looked at our clothes washer for a leaking door, . he said let me run some tests, he did clear error codes, the washer is fine. he gave us some tips and tricks on the machine! he DID NOT try to up sell us or lie and say the machine needed something it did not! that IMPRESSED ME THE MOST.... he looked at a few other appliances told us what he does work on. we loved his honesty the most. definitely our forever repair guy! read more
