Impressive professionalism and punctuality from the start. He pretty much took our washer apart, cleaned it, and then on his time, preceded to give me a lesson on how to properly take care of a front loading washing machine given their propensity to gather odors and mold. Really above and beyond expectations. He's very personable and my dog immediately took to him. And I totally believe dogs have a sixth sense regarding personalities.
