Once I reached them again, they claimed the part was still not available, so I called Sub Zero direct. 26 in stock at their distributor. I called Midway back with that information, and they still could not be bothered to call back. I am shocked this company is approved for warranty work for any manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and skip past this number.

We called the office and booked the follow up appointment for the end of the week and were given an arrival window of 9-12. No sign of the technician by 12:30 so we phoned the office. We were told he would probably be along at some point. No sign of anyone by 4, so we called again and then got told our work order hadn't even been taken from the office. Called at the beginning of the following week and told them to cancel the rebooked appointment. Don't use this company if you want prompt services and good customer relations. There was no apology or explanation for the missed appointment. It's like they didn't care.

Oswaldo went above and beyond, looking in the attic to make sure he knew where the dryer vent was. He even got up on the roof to see if he could do anything. He was able to clean the screen in the vent to give us a temporary fix, and made suggestions on where to call to get the vent hood replaced. Charged us very fairly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had to get a second one out and he took the back off, but again said that he couldn't find anything wrong. Re did whole main level floors. Fast forward 8 months, pull the fridge out to clean and floors are damaged again. Had a new appliance company out to look at the fridge and they found the leak in 20 minutes. Now have to replace another section of my floors, but at least the leak is fixed. Absolutely avoid this company, called them about the whole story and basically said too bad we didn't find anything at the time, not our fault.
