I called late Tuesday 1/13/26 and was told they could see me the next day. I was told that if they need any part that they would require to order the part because they don't carry them on the truck. Which I have no problem with. Came on time, Super Professional, and very friendly. Quickly Identified the problem, provide an estimate of the total cost and told me that have the ice marker on my Samsung was broken and needed to replaced. he should have the part within 2 days and was willing to come out over the week-end to make the repair. I don't know about any of the negative reviews that have been placed I was a little worried HOWEVER from my experience, I definitely do not see why people left those.
